When I really needed help and I had no idea what to do I called Plumbing and Drain Professionals... they talked me trough turning off the water and sent a plumber out to me faster than I expected. Same night my problem was no more. And they were nice enough to recommend a great company for the water removal. It's really is true... when you need a Professional don't settle for any less. Met five RR employees. All extremely professional, very courteous and were more than willing to find this problem. As Seniors, getting this amount of estimate tough to take. That being said, Chris McCoy did a very good job easing our pain. Very confidant and certainly convinced us he knew exactly what he was talking about. Much thanks to the entire staff.

The plumber was the best that’s ever come to my house. I believe his name was Ryan. He worked with an Ohio Gas rep to isolate and repair leaks in my house. He was the most kind and professional person I’ve worked with and knew his trade extremely well. Due to his responsiveness, we were able to keep our heat on for the weekend, which is amazing since I have kids. He even came out on a Friday night after knowing we weren’t scheduled to have a plumber visit us until Saturday morning. Thanks you to Ryan and Apex for the quick response.

Jake is fantastic! He made time for me on a very busy day, and resolved my broken pump problem quickly! Last month he installed a new toilet for me. He's so nice, he gets the job done quickly, and does great work!

We had a main line issue pop up on a Sunday night and called them early Monday morning and they were able to quickly get us on the schedule and come out within a few hours. Both technicians who stopped out, one to snake our drain and another to send a camera through at our request, and both were amazing and left me feeling super comfortable and welcomed all my questions and gave honest advice. Even though I hope we don't have any plumbing issues soon, when we do I know who we will be calling!

They were very easy to work with around my schedule. Cole was very helpful and gave detailed information about the issue and what needed to be done. He was great!

This has been the worst service! We had to go through the home warranty company and the service people never called us I always had to call them to make an appointment they over charged me on my deductible and NEVER fixed the problems. When I called to speak with Noor she was less than professional and blamed me for everything. I would highly advise you to go with someone else. They are now refusing to complete the work and we are left with leaky faucets and wastewater that is backing up and coming through our kitchen ceiling.

Called late at night were here within an hour and did a great job! Thanks for everything!

I waited all day believing this company would arrive at the scheduled time of 4:30 pm. These guys did not call or even show up for the appointment that they rescheduled. I called to inquire about what happened and they instructed me to call another plumbing service. Finding another plumber so late in the day is not impossible, but it does create a challenge. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE BUMS!!

Called first thing in the morning for a shower valve repair and they were able to send someone out straight away, which was unexpected but nice. Mike Jr. Showed up a short time later and replaced a shower valve quickly and efficiently, all is back to normal now. Service was fast and at a reasonable cost - very pleased with this company and will surely use them for additional plumbing projects.

Tom was awesome and down to earth, best plumber i know! Also helped fix my front bumper, without me having to ask him! Very nice man!!!!!! Thank you Tom! Highly recommend!
