I recently had Dan and Mike from Plumbing and Drain Professionals do some repairs in the house I am renting. They did such a wonderful job and were so accommodating that I felt compelled to contact you to tell you. Dan and Mike were incredibly professional and efficient in their troubleshooting of a very serious gas line problem. They were also pleasant company and kept the noise down to a dull roar. And not only did Dan and Mike perform miracles in this old house, but they were also willing and able to explain everything they were doing to a lay person and clean their work areas! They did a wonderful job, and in a really short amount of time. I couldn't be happier with the results.

We've used G&M a few times in the last couple of months and our experiences have been good. They came out to a home that we were selling in order to replace a few faucets. After realizing their work ethic and excellent prices, we decided to use them again at our new home for some sump pump work. The plumber was honest and didn't try to convince us into purchasing anything that we didn't really need. Again, they provided a repair in a timely manner and the cost was fair.

Very pleased that Chris B. came to our house on a Sunday to clear the main drain line from our house to the sewer. He explained everything he was doing and what was clogging the drain. He also cleaned up after what appeared to be a very messy job. Very professional!

Affordable pricing! I had concerns about my house being over 150 yrs old. Clearly Waterworks had done installations in houses like mine before with low ceiling in basement. They were in and out in an afternoon. My breaker box wasn't up to par for the AC part so I had it replaced over the winter by a contractor. I called Waterworks back and set an appt. with them to come out and attach an outdoor line to the new box. The service guy arrived on time and had my AC running in an hour. My installation went smoothly and they put my mind at ease.

Fritz Baumann Plumbers repaired a leaking pipe behind my washing machine and reconfigured piping under tub. Technician Blair was able to troubleshoot the problem areas quickly and solved my plumbing problems. Both plumbers were professional and very knowledgeable. So glad I contacted Fritz Baumann & Sons. I would highly recommend them.

Needed a pipe repaired in home I just moved in to that was corroded and starting to leak (albeit very slowly). Called and was told it would be as an emergency call later in the afternoon which was fine. Great communication throughout the day as they called back and offered to come in the early afternoon as they were running ahead and it would not be an emergency call. Couldn't get out of work early so I kept the later time. Got a call when the guy was headed to my house. He was super polite, explained everything, did a great job, cleaned up, etc. Also answered a few questions not related to the pipe that will ultimately save me money as it gave me the direction to go in order to get my hot water heater working correctly. May have taken him literally 60 seconds, but will save me time and money. And my dog liked him, so that pretty much seals the deal with me! I also appreciate their responses to the few negative reviews. Shows real credibility and responsibility. Well done. Will definitely be using these folks for all my plumbing (and heating and cooling) needs.

Fixed a leak in the pipe coming from my hot water heater quickly and efficiently!

Dale came out to assess a problem I was having with a hot water heater.

He went ahead and gave me several options that would fix the problem to ensure I could pick what best fit my budget.

After careful consideration, I decided to fully replace my hot water heater. Dale and the gentleman who came installed it all within the space of a few hours, cleaned up after themselves. The were friendly, arrived on time and did an excellent job. It's so great to have hot water again! I couldn't recommend them enough.

Contacted Accurate on a Monday to schedule service on my sump pump (which had gone out)...Mike squeezed me into the schedule for the following day. Service Rep (Mike) came out promptly and installed a new sump pump - very responsive, knowledgeable and quick! Definitely recommend them...Thank you!

Needed a century old water line replaced in a historic neighborhood. Tight working space in and around buildings and gardens did not make it easy. Robert put me at ease every step of the way, explaining as he went. Along with James they prepped the site for boring crew. Bob and Kyle from Sure Shot are the Mac daddies of boring. They landed within inches of their mark. Robert finished the job and I had water before dinner. They charged a fair price. They were efficient. They were professional. Riley came to finish the job and left the property just as they found it.
