These guys have come out to our place a couple times before and the same problem kept happening. Today, Ryan H. came and he explained it was because the screw had rusted. He replaced it with a stainless steel screw. He also fixed a part on our sink. He did the work quickly and professionally. I recommend waterworks but I would ask for Ryan H.

We had a leak in two different spots. Toby came out the same day and got everything repaired for us for a good price. He installed a new water heater and fixed a different leak in the ceiling

Used for outdoor plumbing repair. Plumber arrive within one hour of my call. Service is expensive but good.

After coming home from work I discovered my upstairs bathroom leaking and pouring out of my ceiling. As I panicked and cried, my insurance told me to contact a plumber. I used google and randomly selected a number out of desperation. Dale called me quick and was at my house faster than I expected. He immediately identified the problem, and then repaired it. Absolutely the easiest call and service I've ever had.
Their number is saved in my phone now because I don't need to take a gamble on any other plumber.

I had Jacob and Mark out this morning to fix a leak I had with a water filter tank. He fixed the problem quickly, cleaned up the area and they even gave us a senior discount. I couldn't be more pleased with the experience and would not hesitate to use them again.

I expected to wait a couple days to get our drain fixed. I called in the morning and Eddie said he would be here by 4pm. He came and fixed our problem within an hour and explained all that was wrong and what the problem was. I will use him as our plumber from here forward.

This company was absolutely wonderful to work with. Jordan, Jason and Dave were very professional and friendly. I had a water heater that had failed while it was still under warranty. I was told by the manufacturer that I needed to take it back to Home Depot with its receipt. I do not have the skills or equipment to do this myself or the original receipt because the water heater was inherited when I bought the house. I called around to several companies before Water Heaters Plus and none were willing to help with a return and exchange. I told Jason my problem over the phone and to my surprise he said he would be able to return my water heater for me! Jordan got to my house at the scheduled time and did great work. He was efficient and friendly and got old water heater out and returned to Home Depot. He then installed my new water heater with a longer warranty. Afterwards he went over the operation and general safety practices for the new water heater. Everyone at Water Heaters Plus went above and beyond my expectations. I will be recommending this company to anyone that needs a new water heater or repair.
