Best Heating System Repair in Columbus OH

This was the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. We left a key for them with specific instructions and I guess this day their tech didn’t feel like working. They blew us off by claiming they couldn’t find our key, and won’t reschedule for several more days. DO NOT USE THEM unless you want to be on the phone all day going in circles with their dumb customer service reps and unable to use your water for days on end. Great first impression!

Mr Rooter is an amazing company to work with. They responded quickly to our flooded basement and worked very efficiently to get our problem resolved quickly.

Great service. Our sales/technician Nicole fantastic. She was friendly and knowledgeable. It was easy to schedule a quote and install. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, and provided an overview of what they did. Great pricing on top of it all. They guarantee their work and were quick to respond when we sprung a leak from a faulty pipe. My one recommendation would be to further educate the on-call company to provide better communication and updates. I did have to reach out a few times to get updates. I will be reaching out in the future for any additional HCPE needs.

Found I was losing 1-2 inches of water in my inground pool every day. Steve from American Leaks came today and was able to locate a TINY hole in the liner - the cause of the problem. I would have never been able to find it and her also patched it. Back in business! Very impressed by his thorough inspection to be sure there were no other leaks.

They first came a quickly and easily have me a new water heater . I did not know I had another issue. They found it and the next week came back, 1/3 less than I had imagined, fast , professional!

Our plumber showed up on time like they said they would. He was very friendly and told what was going with our tankless water heater. He had in up and going in a little over an hour. Didn't break the bank like other plumbers wanted to charge us.

The electric in our house went out on a Saturday. Everywhere we called, we couldn't schedule an appointment until Monday. PTI was the only local company who could place us with an electrician, day-of.

The electrician on call, Brian, made it to our house promptly, resolved the issue in less than 15 minutes, and asked a fair price for a weekend emergency service. We will be contacting PTI without hesitation for our future electrical needs.

I spoke to John after being referred to 1 Tom after getting an estimate from a competitor. 1 Tom was $1000 less than the other estimate and for a larger tankless water heater system. John and Glenn arrived promptly, answered my questions and installed the tankless system flawlessly. I will 100% use them again and have been recommending them to anyone who asks.

Zach was very polite. He did a great job installing out new garbage disposal! We have had problems with the scheduling with Lowes, but Zach was very accommodating in still making sure to get the installation done!! Thank you!!

The service tech, Chad, was excellent!! I rate the company only three stars due to the price they charged to replace the gas valve on my furnace. The charge was $842.00 for the gas valve and installation. However, the gas valve retails on Amazon for $85.00.

A friend of mine recommended Evolved and they helped us get our gas line up to code. Austin was responsive and professional. Will definitely reach out to them in the future!

This visit was for a new AC install and the process was professional, expedient, and a great value.
