All three of these technicians were great. Mitch W. in particular was really helpful. Our basement had flooded and it was a pretty stressful situation. He was very sympathetic of the situation, but still tremendously professional. He happily rescheduled aservice call when a conflict came up. He did a great job and I would highly recommend him, and the company in general.

technician Steve Wolf was on time and immediately started to work. I do not know the name of his assistant but he appeared knowledgeable and helpful. Steve tested everywhere a leak could occur. Excellent job. Would use again

They replaced my 19 year old water heater with a Rheem water heater, Mike explained the features of the water heater and that I needed to drain it once a year so it will last longer. I would recommend this company for anyone needing plumbing services.

We are remodeling and down to one shower and had a issue with that one. I left a message Sunday night and they were out here by 1:30 the next day. They ended up having to run and get a part but instead of putting a basic part on he did a job that was much better than when he started. Thank You

Used Eco Plumbers to unhook and cap a Gas Line in our kitchen. Seage was courteous and polite in addition to knowledgeable about the steps. During his courtesy inspection, he showed us everything that he thought could lead to a problem, but wasn't yet. He was also able to give us quotes on possible updates.

Our water heater broke right before a holiday weekend. Water Heaters Plus sent out a technician right away to get our water back on and to order a new tank. The new tank has been installed, and everything is working nicely.

I had a gas leak that was detected. I was told by one company it was only one leak and it was actually three. It was quite the job to find the third and to repair them all. This company is honest, thorough and SOOOOO kind!! The price was beyond fair and I can't thank them enough for their assistance and generosity!! They touched my heart! ❤️

We ran into a clogged pipe late Friday night and called at least 10 places. This was the only place that actually said they would send someone to help us. They were informative and responsive. Our heat was out. They found a premature wear in an intake diaphragm. He found a temporarily solution to get the heat working again while a replacement part was ordered. They were able to get the part cost covered under warranty and install the following day. I also asked him to give me a quote on replacing the humidifier since it hadn’t worked for a couple years after the furnace was replaced by a different company who quoted me $750 to replace it. It took Buckeye about 90 seconds to identify a bad wire connection. And another 90 seconds to fix it, as part of the same service call. Two trips and installation of new pressure diaphragm and repairing the humidifier was about $300.

Got an appointment the next day after my call. Arrived within the time window given and did a great job installing my new water softener at a very reasonable cost.
