A competitor quoted me an outrageous fee for a same day service call on a water heater and sump pump emergency. I googled to find what turns out to be my neighborhood, multi-generational plumber. They fit me in their schedule and had me up and going for less than my labor alone would have been with the other guy. Very satisfied.

We had extensive damage with our main sewer drain line, both under the house and outside. Mr. Rooter hustled and changed worker schedules to get to us ASAP. Simultaneously, They had teams digging out the basement floor inside and digging out the main drain outside. Every one of them was polite, friendly, and willing to take time to answer questions and make suggestions. ALSO. the company has been great at corresponding directly with my insurance company for needed info. Check out Mr. Rooter for major plumbing issues!

Mark come out to my house and fully explained everything that I had an issue with. I was so empressed with his willingness to listen to my concerns my last plumber didn't do that! Kudos Mark I for one appreciate you!

First off Rick advertises himself as a 24/7 service which is not true. He will come out and inspect the problem within 24 hours yes, but he’ll charge you a deposit, set up an appointment to come repair at a later date, then never show up or call. He never showed up the day he scheduled himself to come repair!! I’ve tried contacting him for the last three days and have yet to hear from him. His phone just keeps going directly to voicemail. He did email an invoice in which the math did not make sense or add up. He put on the invoice that I still owe him a deposit when I paid it the day he was here. The pictures reflect what he left my ceiling looking like when he ripped it away to get to the pipes that needed repaired. He is just extremely unprofessional and would not recommend him to anyone. Please steer clear!!!

These guys are awesome. Save yourself a hassle and go here first. Roto whoever or whatever other huge company will charge you an arm and a leg but Accurate Plumbing is fair, reasonable and amazingly efficient and friendly service. They have helped me out a few different times where they even got me in the same day which helped me out tremendously. Will always call them first.

We hired Benjamin Franklin due to the pretty solid reviews on google. And while I'm pleased to have a new toilet successfully installed and an existing one repaired, I'm less than impressed with the care taken while in our home.

1st Issue:
We opened the garage for them to enter and exit while they worked. At some point they decided to use the front door to enter and exit, which we had not unlocked or suggested they use. This is because we just repainted the front steps two days prior, and we didn't want anyone stepping on them.

2nd Issue:
It being a rainy afternoon I would have also expected for protective coverings to be worn on their work boots... so that additional mud/debris/feces wasn't tracked into our home, and they weren't worn.

3rd Issue:
The toilet we purchased ahead of time was sealed as I unsealed it after they got here... the parts they told us were missing were inside the box, so at this point I'm not sure if the newly installed toilet even has everything it needs.

4th Issue:
As they were leaving we checked the toilet that was repaired and attempted to flush it. It was clogged and I had to ask them to come back inside as they were already leaving.

All in all this wasn't a great experience by any measure. The quality of service and attention to detail was just not there. It's highly unlikely we'd choose to use this plumbing company in the future. We just spent the last two hours scouring the inside of our home and the freshly painted front steps to remove the mud/debris/feces that was left in their wake... Not to mention that we were advised at the last minute that it would be up to us to rid ourselves of the old toilet now sitting in our garage.

Exceptionally great service from a true professional. Dave helped us with an emergency issue with a leaking fitting on a Saturday. We called for help and he was on site in a few hours to fix it and keep us in water. Appreciate his insight and hard work to solve our problems! Thank you! A+++++

I obtained four different quotes and Quality Drain Solutions had the best price. I was very happy to support a local small business. I have already recommended this company to three of my neighbors before they even finished their work. I would highly recommend this company and if necessary I will definitely use them again in the future.

I called Gary (owner) on a sat afternoon Memorial Day weekend. He was at a current job, but assured me he would drive across town to help me out when he was finished. He showed up by 6pm to my home and worked on a clogged pipe under my sink that was leaking everywhere . He was extremely professional and friendly . He fixed my issue and gave me some great advise. I’ve used these guys in the past and they were great. This time however I’ve talked to a “dispatcher” twice and I’m being told to expect a call back from the owner and never received a call. You should not have to speak to the owner to get an appt scheduled.

Excellent service, on time. No mess left afterwards. Had a in sink garbage disposal replaced. Highly recommend this company

Great experience!
A discrete leak turned ugly after-hours and I called A 3 aces Plumbing. The customer service was lovely and within an hour Mike arrived to detect the source and conduct repairs.
His work was excellent and priced very fairly. In fact, there was no after-hour fee inflation. He repaired the leak in an efficient and clean manner.
I'm so impressed and grateful!
