Great Technician and customer service. However, be aware if you call for a weekend repair. The initial cost to come out $190, is just for them to show up. Then the service/ repair is added on. So the visit was about 15 minutes and $500. I understand this is part of the emergency service. However it is very excessive, rough numbers, they charged me $2,000 an hour to help with a drain. I am sure the technician get's very little of that hourly rate.

They were able to get to my house quickly (they even called me to move my appointment up a few days when they had a cancellation). The technicians were very friendly. The end was much better than the beginning of this experience. I originally called Mr. Rooter for emergency leak that occurred as I was leaving for vacation11/19. They supposed to be there, that day, but didn’t make it until the next day. My young adult daughter called today the bill was $600. I was shocked that they didn’t talk to me to discuss the repairs before doing them. For some reason, I ended up with a new kitchen faucet during this process. So that same faucet that they selected broke and they found that it was under warranty and had it shipped to my home, but stated it would be a $151 fee to install and failed faucet, that they selected. I was beyond upset! The rep stated his manager would call me but didn’t, so I called and left a couple messages, asked for his manager and the reception was very reluctant to offer me that information. I received many updates via phone. Once the sink was delivered it took 2 days to get someone out to repair. Which I did receive a call from the manager and he didn’t charge the $151. The moral of the story is stand behind your chosen product and treat customers like you’d like to be treated.

Recently had a main drain issue in my older home. After contacting 3 different plumber/drain cleaning companies, whose estimates were ridiculous, a neighbor recommended Chuck Ball, owner of CCG. Chuck came to my home....after hours on a Friday night and after working all day and assured me he would take care of the problem. He had to return to his shop for the water pressurized snake, needed to clear the drain properly. His professionalism, knowledge and caring efficiency was amazing. The actual clearing only took about 10 minutes, not the hours others had estimated it would take, including digging up my yard. The blockage was in my basement main drain U joint pipe, not my aeration system! Not only was I delighted with his attitude and work ethic, but with the more than reasonable cost. Can't give him enough kudos!! Hire this company!
