I needed a new sump pump and backup ASAP, and they took care of everything the same day, professionally, and even under the estimate provided, plus they cleaned up afterward and even helped me replace a furnace filter while they were there. David and Daniel were fantastic!

Fast service for my company

We had them replace the old lead drain pipes from the upstairs bathroom. Because this is an older home built in the early 1920’s, the bathroom floor is concrete and tile. We wanted the work completed without damaging the floor. Fritz Baumann Plumbing was the one company able to ensure they could complete the job as we wanted. They also installed a new comfort height toilet and wall grab bars. The job was completed in a timely manner.

Justin was more than professional. He went beyond what was expected of him. Kind and compassionate. He unclogged my drain at a cost I could afford. I will certainly use Apex again. Thanks for your help Connie. UPDATE: February 23,22, Robert and his crew came out and repaired outside sewage line in a timely matter, all were professional. Cost was again at a price I could afford. How can I rate NEGATIVE 1 million and 1? Absolutely WORST PLUMBER EVER!!!! Beyond bad customer service NOT friendly or helpful IN ANYWAY. Truly did not appreciate my business, could have cared less. And, this was all over phone BECAUSE AFTER SCHEDULING APPOINTMENT THEY NO CALLED/NO SHOWED and when I called to inquire I was HUNG UP on.

Sometime later I did receive a call from Pat. He showed up pretty quickly and was in and out pretty quick. And did provide satisfactory service. Thankfully it worked out.

I have worked with Accurate Plumbing for the last 5 years. They have always been quick to respond and service. Unfortunately we had an incident of black mold generating from a broken seal at the base of commode. I already had an Appt the following week to unclog drain, but when I called Mike and explained the situation he had Bill out within hours. Bill was great about resolving the issue and cleaning up. (As well as fixing the items I already had an Appt for!). Highly recommend!

Chuck and his team did several projects for me and were always top notch with service, communication, value, and always punctual. The guys were not just there to do our projects but to show they actually cared about us! I’ll never hire another company in the Columbus area!
