Christian Overfield, service tech 3775 was outstanding. Give this young man a raise! He arrived a few minutes sooner than expected, saw what the problem was, went to Lowe’s to get the part, came back and fixed the broken pipe under our kitchen sink. The office staff was great as well. Our first phone call to Rotorooter to Christian completing the job was less than 90 minutes. Doubt if he was even in our house for 20 minutes total. Other plumbers told us that early the next week would be the soonest they could come out. Not only did our kitchen become functional again, incredibly quickly, we even got to Happy Hour early! 10% off for donating two canned goods for their food drive was just an added bonus. Highly recommend.

Brandon was extremely nice and professional and arrived within 2 hours of my call.. This company's pricing is outrageous! I needed the drain at my washer unclogged. 15 min job. Somehow $350 seemed far from reasonable!

Dale came out to assess a problem I was having with a hot water heater.

He went ahead and gave me several options that would fix the problem to ensure I could pick what best fit my budget.

After careful consideration, I decided to fully replace my hot water heater. Dale and the gentleman who came installed it all within the space of a few hours, cleaned up after themselves. The were friendly, arrived on time and did an excellent job. It's so great to have hot water again! I couldn't recommend them enough.

I have been a customer of Accurate Plumbing for over 10 years. Each time I move to a new house I keep them as my plumber. They have always been great to work with. I have called them numerous times in a panic. Every time they have replaced or repaired the faulty item. They have replaced my faucets, hot water tanks and toilets. They are a very honest company!!
