Best HVAC in Columbus OH

We have hired waterworks a few times and always been happy. Recently, we had them come out and replace our current disposal and sink with a new one. They did great work and were friendly!The bottom line for Waterworks is that you are going to pay towards the higher end of the reasonable range of fees, BUT what you get is guaranteed excellence. If you are shopping for the cheapest, Waterworks may not be it. But, I do think they are the best.

I tried to call and see how much was a 50 gallon water heater and they couldn’t even give me a price on how much a regular water heater installation would be and they have on the hold recording saying they’ve been in business for 20 years and there lying they haven’t been.

The people that work there are nice however I had to have someone from Muetzel come out to fix my boiler 2x and it still didn't work. I then had another company who came and found the actual problem but told me I had to replace my whole boiler because the manufacturer didn't make the parts anymore. They referred me to Muetzel for a new boiler. I finally had someone that works at my location look at it and he fixed it so now it works. Although Muetzel did give me a small discount they are still asking for payment of a service that didn't fix my problem. Very dissatisfied.

We use Carpenter for business and personal service. They provide quality, reliable, fair, and timely service. Great tech's, great admin service, and management! I would recommend them over and over again.

Highly recommend this company! Seage McCoskey was our plumber. He was excellent! Very nice, respectful and knowledgeable! Upfront pricing and did his work quickly. The woman who answered the phone at the office was very friendly and helpful. Same day service without asking. I will definitely use this group again!!

Although they didn't have the item that I needed, it was outdated, and had no distinguishing brand name, Bret ( I believe was his name ) pointed me in the right direction and told me a few places to try. In my book that's GREAT customer service, and I did find the part I needed.

Lost power late Sunday evening impacting half our house. Joe stopped by himself and quickly assessed the problem as electric company outside line. He called them on our behalf and the problem was addressed later that evening. Joe was very responsive, professional and demonstrated in-depth technical knowledge. Will call PTI again for any and all issues or new work; I highly recommend Joe and his company!

Went fine. They were on time and efficient.

We used BCI Mechanical for a sump pump check up and installation of new bathroom faucets, a new toilet and new shower fixtures. Their response time was amazing to make an initial assessment! The shower faucets were quite old and they were not sure that the unit could be replaced without tearing up some of the tile. Tony said he could do it and certainly did, without any tear up at all. We ere extremely pleased with the service provided and followup services too. We highly recommend BCI and will use them for all of our plumbing needs in the future.

My furnace was acting up - turning on, running for a few minutes then shutting off. Having no idea how a furnace works I called a professional. I was able to get an appointment the same day, which was great as it is cold in Ohio currently. The technician called beforehand, arrived on time, listened to my symptoms and went right to work. He had some ideas he shared with me, and his first thought was spot on.He fixed it quickly, stayed for 15 minutes to make sure it was working, and the price was very reasonable. I will be looking to Buckeye Heating and Cooling if I need anything in the future.

American Air came recommended by a friend for my electric needs. Joe was polite & professional. Great job! American Air did not disappoint.

My experience was an extremely positive one. Trevor was extremely personable and knowledgeable. He explained the problem to me and the possible solutions. When asked questions about each he was able to explain in detail about pros and if there were any cons. Quick and effective service for a fair price. I’ll be sure to return if I have any future projects!

My garbage disposal didn't work. The plumber told me on the phone how to reset it with an allen wrench. Saved me $300 for the new unit and service call. Brilliant!!!

I have never used this service and I never will. I'll exolain...explain.... Turning onto 71 from Frank road one of your drivers cut over 3 lanes just to get on 71. No turn signal, speeding, cutting 3 lanes. I was in my commercial vehicle and had to slam on the brakes so I didn't hit him. (Would have been his fault). Then this person speeds onto 71 north going well over the posted 55mph limit . I could t get a van number because his speed was to great. So this driver of yours sped, cut three Lans without signaling. This happened today 9-29-22 at approximately 9:20 am. He could have caused a very serious accident, including with me.
