Nothing like seeing your kitchen sink back up in my home with water and to think YouTube can help resolve the issue.Bad idea of myself.After trying a few YouTube suggestions.Than to my surprise my shower began to not drain either.I than had double kitchen sinks and a shower bay in standing water.Being a independent female than knowing I needed a professional help.That can be very scary in todays world.Considering,I am not that knowledgeable in this trade with thePossibility of being taken advantage of with a hefty bill.Making a phone call to Water Works was the best decision I have ever made.I could not of been any happier and my wallet was happy too.Can not express enough gratitude of my appreciation of the friendly outstanding customer service of the two gentleman that came to my door. This company has been in business a long time in Columbus! I appreciate that the sons and grandsons are still running it and doing the work themselves. An estimate was provided and the work scheduled to accommodate my needs. Blair was prompt and helpful answering my husband's questions. He replaced an old main water shutoff and removed old galvanized pipe. His work passed City inspection right away. We'll have Fritz Bauman Plumbing do work for us again.

The washing machine installation guys from Lowes had left us with a leaky mess. Accurate Plumbing put in new hoses and replaced the 4 shut-off valves for the washer & sink next to it, and they did a stellar job. Everything's perfectly aligned and works beautifully!

They replaced the drain line out in the yard 7 feet deep. They are connected with a finance company called Wisetack and Wisetack paid for the repair and then I make easy low interest payments to Wisetack. I recommend Plumbing One to all my Landlord collegues. Jess, is awesome!

This company is great! My business has been using them for a while now. We had used other plumbing companies to fix the smell in our bathrooms and no one knew how to fix it. Montana and some of his crew came to our business, said what was wrong immediately and fixed the issue. He is so nice, and professional. Miller-Ranney Cantrell's price was very fair and the work performed was flawless. Everyone I spoke to at this company was friendly and knowledgable. The receptionist/scheduler that I spoke to on the phone was great. Tom Ranney was able to come to my home and give me an estimate within a few hours of me calling and was very knowledgeable and friendly. The crew that arrived to perform the work was very hard working, considerate of my home and property, knowledgeable, and friendly. Their level of attention to detail was impeccable!

Replaced pipe for gas lines to all appliances, due to leaks. Learned alot over the course of this process about various product. Many questions answered, large job was extremely smooth completed and top notch. Highly recommend Hayder for anyone else in same situation. Office staff also great, easy to reach and responsive.

Great Experience! Had an issue with a drain in the basement backing up and called him out to help diagnose the problem. He took the time to listen to our issue---and he actually listened! I did not feel rushed and I was made to feel respected and valued. He explained what he thought might be our problem and was upfront about what may or may not happen. He videoed and snaked our drains and was able to show us before and after videos of how well the snaking cleared the pipes. Plus, we were sent a copy of the video to have for our records. All costs were explained before beginning and we were informed of any additional charges before additional work was done. He was friendly and courteous, cleaned up after himself, and was reasonably priced. I would highly recommend!

Have been calling since April to have my filter changed on whole house water system and promised numerous times that Kevin would be out to change for me and he never showed up when promised! So unprofessional. When Kevin put in the system end of last year I was told I could get replacement filters at Lowes or any store. Not true...he left no model number...no wrench which comes with system and I couldn't find a replacement filter. One evening Kevin said he would be over in 30 minutes. Never showed up. Never called. Called the office and spoke with his mother regarding these issues and she said she would call me back. Never did. NO STARS.

I had a great experience. They unclogged our sewer drain pipe in a short time at a reasonable price.
