This company is amazing at what they do! I will never use another plumbing company. They came after hours from home whenever we needed them to for our kitchen leak. I would 110% recommend to anyone!!

We bought a home and this company was assigned to fix the underground drain as part of the repair we requested to get done on the house. After we move into the house we found out one drainage was No working properly and one was repair poorly. We thought they neglected to provide the proper repair needed for the underground damage. They claim to understand how underground would works but now we stuck having the drain repair again. Dont trust this company specially for realstate transaction. They take all the $ for a half job. Really bad experience.

Gave me peace of mind that it would work and has warranty if any issues. Wished I would have used them from the beginning instead if another company for sump pumpand I would've still had an issue 4 years later with drainage outside.

Matt arrived on time and was very professional. He explained what he was doing and what issues he discovered and how he would be resolve them.Matt was thorough and completed the job, cleaning all our downspouts and clearing the lines to the sewer and drains in our front and back yards. I would highly recommend waterworks.

I contacted Apex after reading their reviews on-line, and will tell you without a doubt they live up to the reviews. Our water heater started leaking on Sunday night, I left a message, received a call back on Monday 7am, contractor arrived by 9:30, issue resolved, new water heater installed by 1:30pm. Kyle installed a new water heater. An excellent job removing the old heater and installing the new one. He did a nice clean, neat job in a short time. I would definitely recommend Kyle and Recuse Rooter for plumbing work as he is a very friendly, knowledgeable person that does excellent work!

A bunch of scam artists. The work seems fine but they claim I can make a homeowners insurance claim and never send me the documentation and photos to submit. You see my name. Call me. I'm tired of leaving messages.You would think someone who paid your company over $18,600 could get a little more respect and priority.All I am asking for is your your report and photos so I can file my insurance claim. It's been a week since your reply and I haven't received a phone call or your report. It's been three weeks since work has been completed and I've had to take out a loan to float the money you claim my insurance company will pay. How about you pay the financing fees because you've been dragging your feet. You can write a check for $450.

This is the plumbing company that you should hire. They are very professional and they will just get the job done at a fair price. They will go above and beyond what is required and also advise you on what future work will need to be done.

Sterling replaced my existing 1/2” Id galvanized steel pipes with 3/8” and 1/4” plastic pipes and connectors. Claimed it was apples to apples exchange. I lost all my delivery and pressure. He never secured my outdoor spicket to my foundation, put one shut off in the wrong place and completely eliminated 2 other shut offs to my hot water tank. He removed my grounding line to my electrical panel box and never returned to hook it up. I called him for a year to get these issues resolved and he never answered my phone calls. Worst contractor and experience I ever had in my life.

These guys were great. Plumber just left, got a new garbage disposal installed for a great price. 300 below some places. Plus, they were able to get in 3 days before the scheduled appointment. Would highly recommend.

Highly recommended. Had them out to empty grease interceptor. Supposedly the grease interceptor was cleaned before we opened our business. It wasn't. CPR tech went above and beyond to remove the hardened grease and still charged the quoted price. I will use CPR anytime I need service.
