Best Drain Leak in Columbus OH

Update: Owner called shortly after my review to discuss his reasoning behind his practice of charging for estimates. While I still do not agree with his reasoning, I am going to update (for now) to 4 stars. Further updates may be made after our scheduled appointment tomorrow.

Not sure of other aspects of this business but 120 dollars to come out for an estimate? No thank you. Called for an estimate for a french drain and was told I'd have to pay. Doesn't seem very smart when I've now lined up 3 other contractors with just as good reviews and they're all free.

Technician was friendly and knowledgeable and got the job done quickly.

I have used The Waterworks for years since tree roots invading underground pipes are a regular problem here. Their technician, Mike, has always provided excellent and knowledgeable service on an established schedule. He recently used a camera to search for possible blockages in all outside lines, and dug a trench and cut out and replaced a section of pipe that had failed over the years. In my experience, a company is only as good as the people it hires and this has certainly been the reason why I am a loyal Waterworks customer.

This company has been in business a long time in Columbus! I appreciate that the sons and grandsons are still running it and doing the work themselves. An estimate was provided and the work scheduled to accommodate my needs. Blair was prompt and helpful answering my husband's questions. He replaced an old main water shutoff and removed old galvanized pipe. His work passed City inspection right away. We'll have Fritz Bauman Plumbing do work for us again.

Tommy was very professional and explained everything. Took care of the problem in no time. Will recommend Apex to others.

Been waiting 2 days now for them to unclog main drain. Called set up appt.for monday between 5 and 9 . They called at 8:50 said the were running several hours be hind I reschedule for Tuesday between 4 and 8 . They called about 6 they said running several hours behind again and would move me to be top priority and it is now 9:08 and still no call. I would not recommend Roto rotor at all.I would give them 0 stars.

Customer service was friendly and flexible with my work schedule. Dylan and John cleared my utility drain that had been backing up since moving into my rent within an hour of their arrival. Would highly recommend due to their professional attitudes and work ethics.

Brilliant plumbers; knowledgable, helpful, efficient, affordable. They have saved me time and money. Great service. David can repair it so you don't have to replace it! He's a magician of a plumber.

The technician worked through to a solution for my faucet. The water flow is back to the powerful stream it was before the problem started. It was not clear what the problem was but the technician didn't give up. He tried a few avenues to fix it and did! Now it is working great. He was polite, easy to communicate with, a great problem solver.

The guys at Sterling's Plumbing are the best to be had. Sometimes they don't show up exactly when they say they will, but scheduling is difficult because they don't know how much trouble they will run into, but overall, they arrive when they say they will and their work, which is the important part is always A+

I have been a customer of Accurate Plumbing for over 10 years. Each time I move to a new house I keep them as my plumber. They have always been great to work with. I have called them numerous times in a panic. Every time they have replaced or repaired the faulty item. They have replaced my faucets, hot water tanks and toilets. They are a very honest company!! They also employ the best plumber in town, Mike. Mike is do knowledgeable that other plumbers ask his opinion. You definitely can’t go wrong using Accurate Plumbing.

I have nothing against the plumbers who came today they were both professional and nice but I do have a problem with this company who literally stood in my house for no more than 10 minutes and used my fuse that needed replaced they never used their own equipment but they have a minimum of a $105 to come to your house so for 10 minutes of doing pretty much nothing and using my supplies I got ripped off. I'm sorry but I will not recommend nor will I ever use them again.
