Best Drain Installation And Repair in Columbus OH

Found out my hot water tank was leaking from the rim. It is in the basement so by the time we realized this, there is an inch of water and our laundry room and bathroom are flooded. I called and John instructed me on shutting of the water to the tank and draining it to stop the leak. They had a crew out first thing in the morning with a tank and new plumbing. They worked fast and were very pleasant. Thank you Brian and Joey for getting this done so fast. The new setup looks incredible. I will definitely use this company again.

My technician Rob Stone was awesome. Had to come out at midnight for a busted valve. Couldn’t get it fixed with what he had, so he capped it, came back the next morning with the right part and voila. No extra charge for the second visit. Flat rate quote. Would use again.

Your tech, Dan knight was very professional, polite, on time, and explained in detail the required repair along with an estimate of the cost. The only reason for the 4star is that the part installed was a universal replacement part which did not work as the original. He ordered the correct part from Kohler and followed up and completed the job to our satisfaction

Both front and rear outside faucets did not work. Call Apex Thursday at 3PM. Justin Christian arrived at 9AM friday, the very next day. He completed estimate, we agreed with scope and price, and he completed all work by 11:30 AM. Both were completly replaced. Very professional and personable. Apex is HIGHLY recommended for any plumbing. Thank you Apex.

DO NOT USE!! I had a pipe freeze and called because my typical plumber could not come out. The pipe had not burst and rather than risk it I decided to pay a ”professional“ to come thaw it out for me. Neither toilet or shower would work. By the time they left I had a hole in my basement wall which they charged me $1800 for and left all the stone laying in my basement. They essentially created a window in my basement and made no attempt to block it when they left. The man said he couldn’t figure out how the plumbing in my house was run and that he couldn’t fix the shower or toilet. I tried to explain how it was connected (bathroom is right above kitchen and the plumbing lines connect. I know because of work with previous plumber) and he told me no I was wrong. He charged me $2000 for the call and told me to go stay with someone because he couldn’t fix the problem. Two days later had a different company come out and they fixed the problem in less than an hour and charged me 350. When I explained what had happened with Mr.Rooter I was told that they work on commission and that I was taken advantage of by the employee. We have tried to reach out to the company for a refund but have not had success. DO NOT USE!!

Initially had issues with service performed at my home in 2018, once I brought these issues up with the company owner, Matt, he took full ownership and responsibility for the issues at hand and apologized. He explained the situation and resolved the issues in a quick and efficient manner. For this reason I am changing my rating to 5 stars as I truly believe this company cares about its customers and would do anything possible to amend an unsatisfactory situation. I would gladly reach back out to them for future needs. Thank you again!

We had an excellent experience with A Sterling Plumbing! We had a leaking kitchen faucet that ended up creating a big mess when the water turn-offs failed, and Louis was at our house within 3 hours to remedy the issue. We ended up having to purchase a new faucet, but within a few days Louis was back to install. He was even nice enough to take care of an additional problem we discovered (clogged bathroom sink) in the same visit! We will definitely use them again in the future when plumbing issues pop up.

Had a water heater that needed replacing and Accurate Plumbing was out the same day. We also had Atlas Butler and the Eco Plumbers out for estimates. Accurate Plumbing beat both companies by $900 to $1200. Accurate Plumbing had everything done by noon. Call these guys first.

They were great. Called late on a Friday afternoon. Said they could be out by next day. Called me back 5 minutes later and said actually a crew could be out in 30 minutes. Another 30 minutes after they arrived they had fixed two blockages and it only cost me $135. Definitely would call them again.

Clogged tub/sink in 1900's rental property in Lancaster. Sounds like piping at some point was put in incorrectly and it took 2+hrs to get the drain open, but they did it! Will definitely call them again!
