We've used G&M a few times in the last couple of months and our experiences have been good. They came out to a home that we were selling in order to replace a few faucets. After realizing their work ethic and excellent prices, we decided to use them again at our new home for some sump pump work. The plumber was honest and didn't try to convince us into purchasing anything that we didn't really need. Again, they provided a repair in a timely manner and the cost was fair.

My floor drain was flooding my laundry room I called roto rooter the lady I spoke to originally was very nice and professional asked for all the information and said we will get a technician out to you an hour later I get a call saying the technician was running late and I said ok no problem then the mitigation guy called and came out I called my insurance agent to let him know the situation and he instructed me just to get a quote from roto rooter, I asked the mitigation guy if he can get me a quote so I can give it to my insurance he then said no I'm not doing that then walked out. I get another call about 30 minutes after the mitigation guy left saying the technician was running late and won't make it out tonight. I was upset and disappointed, starting to think since I made the mitigation mad they didn't want to come out. Ridiculous never calling again!

I am very impressed with how quickly Sheri was able to get me scheduled with Technician, Chris who was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He diagnosed the problems immediately and fixed the issue on the spot. Highly recommend!

I have been using Fritz Baumann & Sons since 2002 and will continue to use that company for all my plumbing needs. The company is reliable and dependable. You should use them too.

The technicians were on time, communicated what they were doing and what next steps needed to occur to fix the problem. They arranged for a sewer inspection via camera and then came back next day themselves to do the work. They did a great job. Cleaned up really well and were great to work with - I would recommend the Brandon and Brandon crew!

John responded the morning after I scheduled the free estimate and ran a camera through my gutter drain to find the problem - a disconnect in the pipe. He did not charge me for the camera, unlike a company I used previously. He then ran a sensor along the drain line to pinpoint where the break was, marked it with white paint, and gave me the option of him fixing it for me or me doing it myself (I chose the latter). The whole appt lasted about 10 minutes. Very happy with John’s professionalism. I’ve found my new company for dealing with drain problems and highly recommend them to anyone else.

We had a scheduled appointment for 12-2pm today, I had called earlier today to confirm as I had not received an email confirming, was informed the confirmation email would be sent once the tech was dispatched. Long story short I called in at 3pm today to inquire about the scheduled appt and the phone rep, who was not in the least apologetic that they had missed our appointment by over an hour and with no call from a rep that obviously they would be late. I cancelled the Mr.Rooter appointment and I cancelled the Mr. Electric appointment scheduled for next week. Poor customer service before the tech even stepped into our home. Glad we only wasted 3-4 hours of time. #$$$$

We had the Service People come to our home to fix various leaking faucets and a toilet through our home warranty. The faucets were not fixed, though the wax ring replacement for the toilet held (the only thing worth a one star rating). Plus with each service call that we had to make, because they didn't fix the initial problem properly, they over charged us on our deductible. So, in the end, we paid extra to get gypped.

They were extremely helpful and pleasant the entire time. Even working with my tight working schedule. Thanks guys, I’ll be recommended you to all my friends and family

Buyer BEWARE. These guys are bad news. Got their jetter stuck in the sewer main out on city of Columbus property. It happens I get it and I offered to pay to have it dug up. The owner continued to delay delay delay. Had to hire another company come dig up the majority of it while the owner of a sterling comitted to removing the rest of it. Over a year later now, part of its still in the city main ready to disrupt plumbing flow for an entire cit block. Unprofessional….recommend extreme caution with these guys!

I have been a customer of Accurate Plumbing for over 10 years. Each time I move to a new house I keep them as my plumber. They have always been great to work with. I have called them numerous times in a panic. Every time they have replaced or repaired the faulty item. They have replaced my faucets, hot water tanks and toilets. They are a very honest company!! They also employ the best plumber in town, Mike. Mike is do knowledgeable that other plumbers ask his opinion. You definitely can’t go wrong using Accurate Plumbing.

I called Plumbing One to fix a leak in my kitchen ceiling. First off, the lady I spoke with on the phone to make my appointment was nice. She helped me out by working around my son's school schedule to get Jesse, my awesome plumber, to my home as soon as possible. Jesse was nice and informative. He showed me what was wrong, fixed it , and gave me advice on a plumbing project that I plan to tackle in the near future. I would absolutely call Plumbing One again. Thanks Jesse!

I highly recommend this company. They came out on a Saturday evening and removed a root that was clogging our sewage system. They were fast, professional and courteous and Very reasonable on their fee. We will definitely use them in the future should the need arise!

Hiring David to do my Plumbing and gas line was probably the best thing I ever did. He is meticulous. A bit of a perfectionist and I value that part of his work. He is honest, and certainly knows his craft. His communication is stellar. The work he did in my cabin, a new build, was perfection. Fast drains, great water pressure, gas lines secure! You get what you pay for, hire some flybynight cheap guy you get a mess, but David is a professional who provides a truly professional job! No other plumber will ever set foot on my property, David set the bar pretty high!
