Troy was very professional and skilled. My chihuahua is a good judge of character, and they got along famously. Their plumbers dont work on commission, so Troy was efficient and thorough without trying to pad his hours or upsell me. I am very happy with Troy and G&M. I had a very difficult time finding someone to service my area. I need to clarify that Roter Rooter Corporate in Columbus were ZERO help. The franchise Roter Rooter out of Newark were excellent. They had very experienced workers that did a fantastic job.

A big box store installer was unable to install a new gas range because he said the gas line connection was rusty. He was afraid to disconnect the line and recommended we hire a plumber. We needed to find a plumber quickly because we were having a party two nights later. Called several companies. Before any of the other companies called me back, Blair Baumann returned my call. I was surprised when he arranged for two plumbers to arrive within the hour. They did, were professional and efficient. This company helped me out of a jam. We will use them again and recommend them to others.

How can I rate NEGATIVE 1 million and 1? Absolutely WORST PLUMBER EVER!!!! Beyond bad customer service NOT friendly or helpful IN ANYWAY. Truly did not appreciate my business, could have cared less. And, this was all over phone BECAUSE AFTER SCHEDULING APPOINTMENT THEY NO CALLED/NO SHOWED and when I called to inquire I was HUNG UP on.

Sometime later I did receive a call from Pat. He showed up pretty quickly and was in and out pretty quick. And did provide satisfactory service. Thankfully it worked out.

Sent email in to website for toilet repair. Got a phone call back first thing the next day. Appointment made for 2 days later (which was fine due to the Holiday). Got a call back and they had an opening today. Serviceman came out, completed repair. Very professional with fair prices. Highly recommend!!!
