I had a leak in my main water line in my house. When I called in, I was pleasantly met with a real live person on the other end. The dispatcher quickly and effectively shared my options from a scheduling standpoint. The Service Rep that showed up to my house was on time and prepared. He quickly accesses my problem, gathered necessary tool and materials, then work very efficiently and resolved my problem quicker than I thought. I couldn't be more pleased about my experience and no doubt be using Plumbing & Drian Professionals for all my plumbing needs.

I used them on a Saturday night. I had to turn water off to whole house to stop leak, but they kept me informed of where the tech was before hand and the technician was very professional and moved quickly when he was here. It seemed expensive, but worth it for a job done right and on such short notice.I should note I called several other local businesses first, in the afternoon, and even places that advertised being open 24/7 couldn't see me until Sunday morning or even Monday.

The WaterWorks Team completely dropped the ball on my house to WaterMain leak issue. They scheduled a repair plan with me then sent out the wrong group of plumbing repair experts. The then scheduled and estimator to come out (the next day at the end of the day) and he told me it was going to be $4,400. The average in the market is between $2,500 and $3,000.I lost there days of repair tine waiting in them to get me an answer and come up with a plan that is not responsive to my needs and is financially unrealistic. Seriously disappointed and I have changed my post to reflect that.

Recently had a shower leak that went down into our kitchen. Everyone was extremely quick to respond and helpful. They have came everyday to check equipment and working hard to get my floor/ceiling dry. They even got me a first aid kit when I accidentally cut my finger while they were at my house! Second time using this company and definitely will for any other water related issues.

Terrible experience. Booked services to have a bathtub clog cleared and to put the tub hardware back on (i.e. the drain cover). The techs that showed up were told it was an issue in the kitchen, not the bathroom. They spent 15 minutes on the tub but did not put any of the hardware back on because they were not told that was needed and didn't have the tools and it wasn't included in the price despite the fact they would have had to remove the hardware to unclog the tub if I hadn't already done it prior to their arrival. I was finally able to find the time to put it back together and used the shower for the first time and it is now leaking into the floor below, which never happened prior to service, so I'm unclear if they caused more damage until I can pay to have another company provide an assessment and estimate for replacement.

Mr. Leo Long is a TRUE professional that not only knows what he is doing, but also gives a honest opinion and assessment of the situation and recommend the best plan to get it corrected for good.He arrived when scheduled, made recommendations, and completed the work the same day. he took extra care to not take short cuts and completed the installation to our satisfaction.He corrected our water heater expansion tank install that was done by another company during an Furnace and Air Conditioning upgrade. He redid all the copper work they put in and pressurized the expansion tank to the correct setting for the water pressure at my house. He also told me how to CORRECTLY drain the water heater once a year as a part Preventive Maintenance for the water heater. He also tighten the main cutoff valve from the city because it was dripping at no extra change.Mr. Long exemplified the highest level of professionalism. Not only was he friendly and polite, but also respectful of me and my home. Mr. Long demonstrated exceptional knowledge and expertise pertaining to the service he was providing. He was perfectly patient with and thorough in response to the multitude of questions I posed. Mr. Long also took time to explain and make sure I understood how to operate the unit's controls as well as how to best maintain the unit. It will be an honor for me recommend Mr. Leo Long to my family and friends for their plumbing service needs. Ben and Derrick came out, each on separate days, for an emergency shower leakage issue that was quite a process. They both (the entire company) were easy to work with and more than willing to explain what needed to happen and where the original plumbers who rehabbed our place had gone wrong. They were respectful, clean, efficient and friendly. I will be using them again.

Our water heater pilot light went out and wouldn't relight. We had an appointment with another company and they didn't show - Accurate Plumbing was booked but they squeezed us in AND showed up in the promised time frame. So so happy to have a hot water after a few days without!

Plumbing One is the only place that we call for plumbing assistance! Prior to finding them, we had other plumbers tell us that they could not do the type of work that we were requesting. Thankfully, we found Plumbing One, and they have been more than helpful every time we have needed them. They have great plumbers who do excellent work at reasonable prices. We highly recommend this business.

Used BF plumbing to have a new water heater installed in my home. The scheduled time was a helpfully small window (2-4), they showed up early, were friendly, and worked pretty quickly. Cleaned up everything before they left and the quote that I got when I initially called was the exact price I was charged.

The only thing I will note is that when I called for the initial quote and when I called to schedule, I confirmed both times that the brand I would receive would be Rheem. They installed a Bradford White instead without notifying me of any changes. Not really a big deal but something to keep in mind for those who might have a strong preference for brand.
