I had been trying different products for 2 weeks to fix my kitchen sink drain...I finally called Mr.Rooter , as they had worked for me years ago andI was pleased in the past. They sent a young man named Cory J. and he ran a cable that cleared my drain ….I only wish I had called sooner. I was so impressed with his knowledge and speed to look over the situation , give me an estimate and get right to the process of fixing my drain. Mark was able to quickly figure out the issue with my leaking kitchen sink. A new faucet was installed and he also installed new toilet in a very timely manner!! I definitely appreciate the service people business, and highly recommend them!!!

Main drain had a brick in access point of drain. Plumber left & got a large crow-bar and was able to pry it out! Man went the extra mile and got the job done! My husband and I were very happy that our con Crete basement floor didn't have to be broke up!!! He snaked both drains, to ensure the drains were both clear and cleaned. Reasonable price $160. Had a pipe start leaking and water coming through my family room ceiling at 10:30 on a Saturday night. They showed up in about an hour and took care of the leak with minimal damage to the house.

I cannot speak more highly of Antoine and JA Mechanical. He was prompt, so professional and thoroughly reviewed the options for resolving my plumbing issue.
He was beyond prompt and responsive - I called yesterday at 2:00 pm and he was here at 1:00 today.

I had a fantastic first experience with Carpenter Heating-Cooling-Plumbing-Electric (HCPE) today. I had a strange partial power outage in my small business medical office over the weekend and I needed to solve the problem before office hours started on Monday morning. I was not able to arrange service with any of the previous commercial electricians who have worked on projects for me in the past. I’d recently heard radio commercials for Carpenter (HCPE), so I called, and they responded quickly. To borrow a sports phrase, the best ability is avail-ability. When I needed help, they were there! When Alan arrived, he patiently listened as I explained the unusual pattern of the partial power outage. He then quickly identified the faulty wire in a place I never would have expected. I appreciate Alan solving the problem and getting my lights turned back on so quickly, but as a physician, I even more value the thoughtful, systematic, and decisive manner in which Alan efficiently diagnosed and treated this electrical issue for me. It gives me peace of mind to know that such a strange electrical occurrence will not happen again. Going forward, Carpenter (HCPE) will be my first call, and I’ll request Alan again too.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Had two guys show up to look for a leak in our gas line we had a very small leak at one of the joints on one of the lines need it corrected gas company came out last night to shut gas off entirely the two gentlemen that were here inspecting the gas lines said there were multiple leaks how in the world could there be multiple leaks when the gas is completely shut off. Gentlemen left saying there’s more damage here that needs done and they were going to call the insurance company to see if they would cover it what a joke maybe next time check to see if there is gas line is on before saying that. This company did not pressure test the line in any way this would have required them to bring in equipment and all they had was a clipboard and their cell phone.

They arrived exactly when expected . The plumbers were knowledgeable and fixed my problem efficiently. Small issue if there is such a thing when it comes to water and I feel it was at reasonable price on such a short notice.

Kevin and his assoc were very professional price was great cleaned up afterwards the best in the game...Will definitely use them for no on..And they even priced the next project for me and price wad outta sight good to know there is still hard working honest businesses out here....

Anthony was extremely flexible with me on my schedule. Fixed a leaking water pipe and has fixed poorly ventilated plumbing in my house that caused water backup.
