Had our entire house repiped by Apex and I personally would not recommend this company.We experienced a lot of communication issues throughout the process. It seemed like you could never rely on any of the office employees/technicians to pass on any information with one another. Even when scheduling appointments. We would be waiting and waiting after a technician told us we were on the schedule only to call in to find out that the office had no idea. My wife and I both work full time and it was a major headache trying to work with this company.Finally when everything was done, I went to run the dishwasher and saw the valve was in the off position. I turned it on and water starts running down my kitchen cabinet to the basement because the pex line wasn't crimped well enough. Couldn't believe it. When they came back out there wasn't even an apology it was just crazy.I can't help but to shake my head a little every time I hear one of the millions of ads Apex puts out on the radio. The word professional doesn't exactly come to mind.

Brian was extremely helpful and provided us with good knowledge and tips and tricks so our drain will less likely clog again in the future.

This company quoted me 89.99 over the phone and when they came out they charged $275.00. we went ahead with the service but latter they called and asked how was the service and i explained that i was quoted 89.99 and they said the minimum charge is $275.00. Be careful with this company. they say one thing and do what ever they want. scammers!!!

Huge thank you to Jason, Joe, and James! Had a tiny kitten stuck in a small underground pipe for 2 days and could not find anyone to help, yet even on a holiday weekend they were amazing! Came right away, stayed so calm and patient in the blinding sun and hot weather and completely problem solving the situation and really saved the day! All of us are so thankful to you, you really are the best!

This has been the worst service! We had to go through the home warranty company and the service people never called us I always had to call them to make an appointment they over charged me on my deductible and NEVER fixed the problems. When I called to speak with Noor she was less than professional and blamed me for everything. I would highly advise you to go with someone else. They are now refusing to complete the work and we are left with leaky faucets and wastewater that is backing up and coming through our kitchen ceiling.

Buyer BEWARE. These guys are bad news. Got their jetter stuck in the sewer main out on city of Columbus property. It happens I get it and I offered to pay to have it dug up. The owner continued to delay delay delay. Had to hire another company come dig up the majority of it while the owner of a sterling comitted to removing the rest of it. Over a year later now, part of its still in the city main ready to disrupt plumbing flow for an entire cit block. Unprofessional….recommend extreme caution with these guys!

Very good company. So much so that takes a while to book no emergency work.

tl;dr CPR employee attacked someone in my home and later returned to my home in an act of intimidation. Police were called and my basement is still wet.

I hired CPR to find and repair the source of flooding in my basement. After they completed the work, cleaning a clogged basement floor drain, it appeared the problem had been fixed. One week later, we had a basement flood worse than the first. I called CPR, who guaranteed their work for 30 days, and asked for the men who completed the repair to come back out and look for the issue. They were able to come out that same day. Once here, the man verified that the floor drain was clean and assured me that the flood did not happen as a result of the previous clog. I asked him what he believed the reason for the flood to be multiple times. Each time he said he did not know; there did not seem to be a problem. Of course, there was a problem as we were standing in a wet basement. Another plumber who was working in my house, sensing my frustration, tried to explain to the CPR employee that the problem we were seeing did not occur until after their first repair. The CPR employee became enraged. He stood up and began to yell and curse at this other plumber. He cursed repeatedly, questioning the other plumber's credentials while becoming incredibly defensive of his own work. The CPR employee started to advance on the other plumber and in the end, attempted to strike him. I asked CPR to leave my home, but he would not stop arguing. In the end, it took two men (the other plumber and a neighbor) to escort the CPR employee out of my home. Three hours later, they returned with 2 additional men. These four men (A CPR Drain Cleaning owner, the 2 employee who were originally here and another employee) returned to my home. They crowded around me telling ME that they were pressing charges. In addition to this being insane, it was intimidating. I called the police to again escort CPR off my property. When the police arrived they determined that there was no reason for an assault report to be taken and successfully diffused the situation. In the end, the owner offered to look at their work (after assuring me that their company did not cause any additional damage). Realizing I would not receive an unbiased examination, I sent them away. No repairs ever occurred.

Montana and John were friendly and efficient and had us back with hot water in a very short time. Custom Care Group is lucky to have
