After going through other company's who failed to show up after waiting for the whole day, Roto- Rooter company came through after contacting them and they had to send a staff within 30 minutes. Brandin is the best. He came on time and was very professional. He fixed our kitchen sink within a few minutes. We were able to usa a $70 coupon.

Excellent service from making the call to schedule, through completion by the technician. Customer service rep was very responsive and informative and got us scheduled within the next hour! Tech was friendly, informative, and cleaned up the area well when finished. We highly recommend this company!!!

This company has been in business a long time in Columbus! I appreciate that the sons and grandsons are still running it and doing the work themselves. An estimate was provided and the work scheduled to accommodate my needs. Blair was prompt and helpful answering my husband's questions. He replaced an old main water shutoff and removed old galvanized pipe. His work passed City inspection right away. We'll have Fritz Bauman Plumbing do work for us again.

Our hot water tank started to leak. We called Apex and within the same day, they had a plumber out to look at it. Dave was professional, friendly, and didn’t mind our hyper dogs. The next day he was back and within just a couple of hours, our new water heater was installed and new gas lines were put in for it because ours were old and no longer in code. Dave was also patient while he also worked with our home warranty center. 10/10 would recommend Apex and Dave again!

The gentleman and his helper fixed a leak and saved the day for me. Very prompt service!

Muetzel had installed our old water heater for the previous owners which lasted FOREVER. When it finally blew, we called them to install new one. The front-line person who answered the phone, Sonia, was so kind and sympathetic to my situation. She said she had to be realistic with scheduling and so they weren't able to fit me in same day but she scheduled me for first time on the next business day. She agreed to call me if they had cancellations and she expressed understanding when I told her I was going to call around to see if I could get someone sooner. We ended up finding a plumber closer to where we live who was able to do it quicker, but I will always remember how easy it was to talk with Sonia and definitely would use them if (God forbid) we have more plumbing needs.

The company technicians knowledge on how to determine the issue is comforting. Keep up the good work.

Plumbing One was beyond helpful. From Ben taking the first call and easing my stress to Jess and the other plumber (I did not catch the gentleman's name) who came in and performed excellent install. I hired these people to remove a bathroom sink which had cracked and install the replacement sink. They came early, which was nice. And the new sink is in. But I would never hire them again. They left a mess - silicon all over my granite counter top, the new sink, even the handle on my storm door. The sink is not properly centered in the opening. And they chipped my granite counter top and didn't even have the courtesy to tell me. They rushed in and out of here and charged a lot of money.

I’m a plumber, I buy parts for my equipment there. Good people there !
