Plumbing and drain professionals have completed several jobs in my house with all the new renovations over the years I have needed them on many occasions. They never disapoint. Our salesman Josh didn't exactly tell us the whole truth when it came time for our restoration. He assured me everything would be taken care once I gave him our homeowners policy number. Far from it, I am now chasing people down to get a balance due paid to them, instead of calling me back, I get letters stating I am 30 days past due. This was because my insurance had to negotiate with the first bill sent. As far as the service technicians they were awesome and did wonderful work. But I hope I never have to use roto rooter again.

Seasoned knowledgeable professionals were sent to my home to address a myriad of plumbing issues that seemed to be small issues for the past week or two or longer and then became a larger issue that needed attention. You know when your sink drain slows down to a trickle, and you're afraid to run your dishwasher it is time to call in help. My issues were several and it took them one day to give me an estimate and then parts of two days to address all of our issues. Apex Plumbers knew immediately what was wrong with the disposal hook-up and the incorrect dishwasher hook-up along with our clogged drain issue. They could have completed the jobs sooner but were kind enough not to work late into the evening as I'll admit I am old and tired. After some light touch up cleaning things are back to normal at our house. I would highly recommend Apex Plumbing Pros.

Charlie, went above and beyond. We spoke to the warranty company who told us we could replace the water valve for free or get a new water heater installed for $500.00. We were still in the hospital after delivering our daughter so we chose the free option because of the already astronomical cost for having a child. Charlie took the time to call us and to explain why it was a much better choice to replace the water heater for $500.00 instead. Our current water heater was about 9 years old and had already outlived it's estimated life expectancy. If we got the valve replaced and anything else went wrong with it there would be no warranty coverage left for this calendar year to repair it. The new water heater, was a significantly better product, came with a 6 year warranty, and replacement parts are readily available. Parts for our old water heater would have taken more than a week to get. He answered ALL of our questions and we confidently and happily chose the new water heater. Our new water heater was installed 2 days later. The technician was friendly, professional, and efficient. He did an excellent job. We are very happy. Thank you so much. Matt is pleasant to work with and stands behind his work. He installed a new shower faucet in our bathroom and replaced the drain pipe. We had issues with the faucet knob a couple of months later and Matt swung by between jobs and fixed it for us right away. Great Service!

Would give zero stars, but have to leave something. Attempted to have a quote performed for a few toilets and a urinal. Called exactly 10 times over a two and half month period and never received a call back, ever. Was repeatedly told I would get a phone call the next day which never came. The last few calls I placed I received from crudeness from whoever answered the phone, I'm assuming they recognized me, as I recognized their voice time and time again. All I wanted was a quote but they were unprofessional and wouldn't give me the time of day. Thanks for reading.

Thank you so much for coming to rescue our emergency plumbing leak. Gabriel was promp to reply and quick to come help us. We called His Grace Plumbing because he repaired another issue we had with a gas line a year ago. This time we came to our home at 6:30pm when we couldn’t find anyone. We had water pouring out of our kitchen cabinet through the ceiling, down the wall and into the basement. He saved us a lot of stress and worry as he fixed the issue with honesty, didn’t try to up charge us and was available when the big name companies expected us to have an emergency wait for two days!

Initially a good company to work for.

Then goals become unrealistic.

Material acquisition was problematic to say the least. They never had material to complete the jobs at hand. Then wanted to know why job was taking longer.

Company supplied specialized tools, however they wanted them back almost as soon as they reached your hands.

The company vehicle was a nice perk. However, it spent more time broke down than running. When it was broke down, drove own vehicle a lot. Company paid for gas, but additional wear and tear on vehicle was out of pocket.

Overall would go back to them if I had to, but would avoid if all possible.
