Best Broken Water Heater in Columbus OH

Had a leak in my washer valve and needed it replaced. The technician came out and fixed it same day. Price was good. Unfortunately he accidentally punched through and through drywall in my laundry room and into the adjacent bathroom while fixing. This occurred over two weeks ago and the supervisor still has not even called to acknowledge the damage or arrange repairs. When I initially called to discuss the damage, I was told the supervisor would call me and I should expect a call the next day. I didn’t hear anything so I called back. This has been a recurring issue. I have called five times over the last two weeks, having been assured twice that I will receive a call back the same day to rectify the situation and still nothing. UPDATE: owner personally called me and arranged to have drywall patched and painted and reimbursed me for cost of original service. Not sure what happened with calling in and getting the run around about the repairs but I was very grateful to finally speak to someone and get it resolved. Bathroom looks great

Great experience. We were having issues with two toilets and we were able to get both fixed within a very short time. Our rep was very nice and explained things in a way I understood and answered all of my questions. We've used Roto Rooter in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

Came out and checked my lines for a clog, the first part of the bill was $888 for that day, they found a broken pipe in my front yard with their camera cost nearly $14,000, after that was replaced they ran a cleaner through the lines to clean the cast iron and they found another hole in the pipe which wasn't there before the cleaning or they didn't find the first time closer to the house which ended up costing another $9,800. I told them to leave the pile of dirt in the front yard and two days later I asked him to take it they called in said a truck would be in the neighborhood next week and they would take the dirt. Just got off the phone with them it's been nearly 4 weeks they have not taken the dirt they told me that I was supposed to take care of it I explained to them the conversation I had with their employees I'm waiting to speak with a manager. The high impact sales didn't give us time to get a second quote they acted like if we didn't do it we wouldn't be able to use our plumbing, they even told us we shouldn't use toilet paper for the 5 days while we were waiting for them to come and replace the broken line outside the house. They told us as well that insurance wouldn't help at all because it was our fault or just age in the pipes.

Water Heaters Now! installed a new water heater in our home. The city inspector just signed off on the installation and said it was all done well. We originally contracted with Centerpoint Energy and they said that we would need a shorter, wider unit than the one we were replacing. This was on Friday and now Centerpoint wouldn't be able to do the installation until Monday. I called Water Heaters Now! They installed our new water heater the next day. They were able to install the taller tank which has a smaller footprint and fits much better in our utility room. They were professional and responsive and we highly recommend them!
