We were not sure where the water leak was. Josh took pictures of everything to send to our insurance. Tested floors and walls for moisture. Showed me how to submit a claim ..but they charged me $300.00 to fix a washer that took 5 minutes and $300.00 to cut a hole in the bathroom ceiling that also only took a few minutes...then they waited 3 days before coming back to start drying the plaster and floors. I got several phone calls from Mathew telling me he was on his way and then he didn't come. He left the fans which were way to noisy...but didn't pull up the flooring so the sub floors could dry. He pulled all the baseboards and trim from around the doors off...?? not sure if this was necessary. My biggest concern is that they would not listen to us or any suggestions that we made. NO we will not refer you to others. TERRIBLE JOB

Fast, friendly and knowledgeable.

Needed a sump pump. Phone rep was nice enough but to not have an after hours weekend availability for emergencies kind of a bad idea. I mean who wouldn't pay extra if rain is in the forecast and the closest schedule appt is 4 days out?

Dustin was very professional and arrived earlier than scheduled to fix a leak that had quickly become a serious problem. He quickly identified the problem and went to work fixing it. He kept us well-informed of what was going on and what he was going to need to do to remedy it. He completed the repairs timely and also took a look at a couple of more minor issues that we had. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Dustin for any additional plumbing work we may need.

Buyer BEWARE. These guys are bad news. Got their jetter stuck in the sewer main out on city of Columbus property. It happens I get it and I offered to pay to have it dug up. The owner continued to delay delay delay. Had to hire another company come dig up the majority of it while the owner of a sterling comitted to removing the rest of it. Over a year later now, part of its still in the city main ready to disrupt plumbing flow for an entire cit block. Unprofessional….recommend extreme caution with these guys!

G-Tech Plumbing has been an amazing experience to work with. I had just purchased a home, and needed multiple things updated and replaced. I had called to set up an appointment, and my technician Grant was here within a few hours of me calling! He was very helpful in providing me with multiple options to choose from (cheaper and more expensive ones) and brands that he recommends. He takes pride in his work, and only installs quality parts that will last. By the next day he had completed all of the plumbing work that I l needed, and I am very happy with the work that was done. I had a great experience. They unclogged our sewer drain pipe in a short time at a reasonable price.

Was told we had a gas leak by the gas company. Called TRW and they had a tech come out to do an estimate, he pressure tested the house and gave an estimate stating there was a large leak. Had them come back out later to fix said leak and was informed the first tech improperly performed the pressure test and that there was no leak at all, just that the first tech didn’t close the on off valve to an appliance which is what caused the test to show a large leak. I was then charged $772 for “fixing” a leak that was never there, due to the first tech not performing the test correctly. I was told to speak with a manager about resolving the issue. I was about the last concern he had as it took almost a week for me to find out from him that they are not refunding my money to me due to “all work being necessary to have the gas back on” even though if the first test would have been done correctly I would have had my gas back on right then. I then requested to communicate with someone above him and I never heard from anyone about the situation. Very disappointed in this experience
