Anyone is better then this company! Literally, anyone! Hired them to do a full plumbing job. It would be completed in phases. Signed all necessary contracts and waited 2 months for them to begin the project. The day before, they were to start they raised the price from 6,200 (phase 1 - checking and testing current plumbing in 3 bathroom and a laundry room) to 48,000.00. There was no reasonable explanation given for this . The entire project (all phases ) was bid for approximately 35k (not including the kitchen or any underground piping). During this same call, I was told the entire project would now be 150,000.00. NOTHING changed in the plan. This is a scam organization. They will breech their contracts when convenient. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Our sump pump gave out on Mother's Day, flooding our finished basement. Roto-Rooter had someone at our house in an hour to assess the situation. Within two hours, a new sump pump was installed, damage was assessed to begin the insurance process, clean up started, and fans were installed to begin the drying process. All who came were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Would highly recommend.

Called to fix slow drain in kitchen sink. Price seemed fair, but more importantly, they were available to come out same day. Technician was knowledgable and fixed the issue quickly.

Blake was amazing! Very nice and professional. He gave me options that allowed me to save money, which was very appreciated! He was able to find the source of the leak that caused damage to my ceiling and get the valves replaced and my water back on in my house. Highly recommend!

I would like to thank Will H. and Joe M. as they repaired my main sewer line in my home. Without them asking questions on what I was experiencing, all my problems may have not been addressed. While they addressed the main concern with tree roots at the transition line, what I did not realize there were two other problems which were discovered by Will and Joe. The main water valve in the house was leaking and the main house drain had a hole about 12 inches long and six inches wide. They both were very professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating to any questions I may have had. I would strongly recommend either of these men.

A friend recommended me to use The Service People to inspect my condo for leaks. The condo association was trying to charge me $400 for the water bill that was combined and divided between 4 units in the building. I thought there was no way possible for me to use that much water being to only person in my unit, doing 2-3 loads of laundry per week, I ran the dishwasher 2-3 times per week and took very short showers.

He found zero leaks in my unit, I submitted the inspection report and they reduced my bill in half. Still too much but it helped convince the condo association to get individual meters.

Great service and very reasonable price. I called them back 2 more times. Once for a toilet replacement and then a garbage disposal replacement.

The guys at Sterling's Plumbing are the best to be had. Sometimes they don't show up exactly when they say they will, but scheduling is difficult because they don't know how much trouble they will run into, but overall, they arrive when they say they will and their work, which is the important part is always A+

Just called to get some information on product location and customer service was great.

Hot water tank was leaking so I called Benjamin Franklin requesting someone to come out and fix it. They sent a guy out on Wednesday april 27th and his name was Kelly. You don't want Kelly. I was at work when he came and it was just my mother and grandma home, my mother told him about seeing some water spurting out from the back from a pipe. He paid no attention to her and said we needed a whole new hot water tank, and quoted $1300 for the tank and installation. When I got home I called Mr Rooter to come out and look at it and they found the leak and fixed it right there same day. This company is a joke and trying to take advantage of old people who dont know better.

We had a leak in an upstairs bathroom that come through the kitchen ceiling. The first company we contacted was a week out on appointments. When they did come out they didn't have the parts and then didn't come back when they said they would. We contacted Hesson plumbing who came that day and fixed it that day. He also left his tool box when having to leave for parts to reassure me that they would indeed come back and fix it. They have a customer for life and my recommendation to anyone who needs a plumber.
