Our water heater decided to die 10 days before Christmas. I called the number listed, it was answered by the technician and I had a quote for a replacement 30 minutes later. They were here the next morning at 10 am promptly and had the new unit installed in about an hour. They even fixed a leaky pipe for me which was much appreciated! Thank you!

Couldn't be happier. Ian was super knowledgeable. He looked around and diagnosed the problem, even using a camera, and didn't charge me for anything. I didn't even ask him to use the camera. Other places quoted me $250 to use their camera. He struck me as very honest and professional. He told me what needed to be done and encouraged me to look around for the best price. He recommended which companies to use and which not to. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for any future problems.

UPDATE: I hired them a few weeks later to fix the mess made by a different plumber, and again they did an awesome job at a reasonable price. He even did extra work when I pointed out other unrelated plumbing problems. They are very knowledgeable and thorough in their work.

Our gas got turned off by the utility for a small gas leak and Phil was out there ASAP to save the day as things just started getting cold. Would recommend to anyone!

ERA Plumbing did a fantastic job on our recent plumbing repairs and new toilet installation. Austin in prompt, professional, and honest. He does great quality work and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber or use him again for our own plumbing needs.

This was a big job for our 2 1/2 baths and kitchen sink. All shut off valves needed replaced. When Zane went to shut off the water main it was leaking. This was discovered around noon. The company was able to get the city to shut the outside water main off so Zane could repair tge inside water main shutoff reqqiring v removing the old and saudering on new. He called and received backup help. All was done by 6:30 pm in the same day! Yeah! They even cleaned up and swept before leaving!!!

I gave this company 5 stars because, during a recent issue at my condo that also involved my condo association, every person I talked with at Sewer Quest was so gracious, extremely helpful, and very, very patient. Every one of them was more than willing to go the extra mile to get my issue resolved. Many thanks to all of you!!

Cliff was great. Always on time. Very knowledgeable. Willing to walk you through exactly what was wrong and how he would fix it. He did a bunch of work for my wife and I and we would recommend him to anyone to anyone who asks.

R & B came to my rescue quickly and efficiently. I had my gas turned off through no fault of my on and the gas company found some minor issues that had to be addressed before they would turn it back on. I went 2 days without hot water and heat in my new home. I called them over the weekend and had two guys here Monday morning to fix the problems. They were great and fun too! The owner even called me the next day to make sure my gas was turned back on. I really appreciate their help and would highly recommend them.
