Jim has done many projects in our home in Upper Arlington over the years. Most notably perhaps was installation of our hot tub. KAP Electric did an awesome job today in our home. We had updated light fixtures installed, outlets and GFI units and as well new LED Bulbs. They have great quality of work performed and very reasonable pricing. We'll be doing more business and updates in the future with KAP!!

Had a few estimates and this was the most reasonable one. The work was completed the very next day. The electricians were prompt, courteous, neat and very hardworking. The job was impeccable. Ernest refused payment until the car was home and could test the charger. Only then was the invoice sent. Highly recommend and will use again for our electrical needs!

We had two outlets die at our house. My husband and our neighbor tried to fix it but couldn't figure out what was wrong. I called Excel Electric and he said look for a GFI switch to reset. It turns out we have a GFI in our garage it was hidden by our son's senior banner. So he helped me fix it just by a phone call. That shows honesty and a desire not to just make money. Good character has been hard for us to find amoung larger contracting companies. We will definitely call him again for work.

Bob was professional, efficient, and responsive throughout my project. During the estimate he explained what he was going to do and why. During installation, Bob made time to complete the entire project even though we had scheduled over two days. I will definitely use Arlington Electric for future electrical needs.
