Adam and his team are absolutely wonderful! I had a leak in my main water service line, I was given 14 days to fix by the city. The issue ended up being much bigger than expected when the leak was actually under my foundation. Adam did a fantastic job working with the city to get the repair done right. He even ended up having to move my water meter. The whole time Adam and his team were so very nice and professional. I could tell he really wanted to help me. I highly recommend his services and will definitely use them should I ever need a plumber again. 5 stars for sure!

These guys are great, used them for routine back flow testing and occasional plumbing issues. They come out when they say they will and are reasonble.

Our plumber showed up on time like they said they would. He was very friendly and told what was going with our tankless water heater. He had in up and going in a little over an hour. Didn't break the bank like other plumbers wanted to charge us.

We called Rooter Works because our kitchen sink was backed up and we couldn't solve it with DIY. They sent out Daniel just a couple short hours after I called and he was our Sink Angel. He was professional, donned booties, happily arrived masked up, and didn't mind our ferocious Boston Terriers. He absolutely knew what he was doing and solved the issue within about a half an hour. If I could hire Daniel to do my taxes, call my mother weekly, and be my life coach, I absolutely would. 5/5 from me, will call again for inevitable future plumbing emergencies.

I made a appointment and met with a gentleman at my house for an issue that was found during inspection of the home I just purchased. He looked over everything told me how long he had been at this and what they found was wrong and it was worse that I had thought. He told me hebhad together ahold of the city to see where my pipes were un yhe ground and that he would shoot me a message in a couple of days..... It's been a week and a half. So yeah I'm going to find another company to work with and if you choose to use them good luck.
