I dreaded the search for a plumber and I put it off for weeks. I had been gouged by big name franchises in the past. I picked G&M because the initials matched my mom's maiden name. What a lucky pick!!!
Troy was very professional and skilled. My chihuahua is a good judge of character, and they got along famously. Their plumbers dont work on commission, so Troy was efficient and thorough without trying to pad his hours or upsell me. I am very happy with Troy and G&M. I will use them again in the future and I highly recommend that you do also. It will be a wise decision for your wallet and peace of mind.

The worker refused to listen when he was asked to snake the pipe all the way to the main line. The worker was a little rude saying I've been doing this for 22 years. Our 30 day warranty was not honored when we called them to come back out because the sink is still clogging up and the water is draining slow. They were again asked to snake the pipe all the way to the main line and they refused to snake the pipe at all. I would NOT use them again nor will I recommend this company to anyone.

Dylan and another tech ( bad with names sorry) came to look at a leak and ended up replacing my water heater at my request. They did a great job and were very professional and polite. They replaced my gas water heater and finished with a leak test, to which I was glad to see they were careful and thorough. Couldn't have been happier with their service. Would definitely recommend and will use again in the future. Great job!!

This company went over & above. They came out quickly, realized we needed a new water heater, picked it up & was back in about an hour or so & installed it. Same day, no issues. Wonderful experience. Would 100% recommend this company!

Dustin was very professional and thorough! He made sure my husband and I both completely understood what the issue was and let us know what needed to be completed in order to fix the problem. This may sound crazy but he literally worked until he was able to make a clear decision as to where the clog was and where/hot the leaking occurred. Very nice man! I definitely will refer him for future issues or to family and friends that may need a plumber! Thanks a million for you professionalism!

We had a sewer backup on Christmas Day. They sent someone that evening who worked hard but couldn't clear the block. They came back the next day, even without their preferred equipment, which had broken, and worked and worked until they got it cleared. We had checked with other companies, who would not even attempt it because of the low temperatures. And then, they even helped clean up the mess. They deserve more than 5 stars!

I spoke with them as they closed yesterday and they came first thing this morning. I'd had faulty work done by a friend and instead of blaming me for it, they were extra kind. They fixed everything and were nicer than I could have expected. I highly recommend this place.

Plumbing One was beyond helpful. From Ben taking the first call and easing my stress to Jess and the other plumber (I did not catch the gentleman's name) who came in and performed excellent install. Professional from top to bottom and I highly recommend their work! 5/5, will call again for future plumbing needs.
