Best Plumbing Ltd is absolutely the BEST plumbing service around. Mark took time to problem solve our situation over the phone, and when he couldn't, was able to make a service call within 2 days - when other plumbers told us they couldn't get to us until next week because it wasn't an emergency. He had the problem solved within an hour (one that had stumped a previous plumber) and was upfront with pricing, professional and courteous.

I live in Westerville and selected World Class Services when my hot water heater went out because they are proximate to my home. I was pleased to learn they also live up to the high standard set by their name. My outage occurred on my Sunday. I tried to fix it myself all day Sunday. I gave up and, found them on the Bradford White website and called them Sunday night. To my surprise, a live-person answered the phone and scheduled my appointment for 10 am Monday morning. Shane Fahner, my technician, arrived on time and took the time to diagnose my situation and explain my options. I decided to go with the tankless system. Shane scheduled the job for the next morning. The installation was extremely professional, my wife and 3 kids love the new limitless supply of hot water. I was impressed with quality of workmanship in the installation and the space freed up by getting the 50 gallon tank out of the middle of my basement. Technitions were not best at repairing job and at first was charged way to much for what little was done. Nathan Shoe, manager, called me after i called and filed complaint. He is the nicest and most professional manager i have ever spoke with. He refunded me some of my money back and then continued to talk to me about the company. He, Shoe, restored my faith in this company that it will only get better.

A friend of mine recommended Evolved and they helped us get our gas line up to code. Austin was responsive and professional. Will definitely reach out to them in the future!

Initially a good company to work for.

Then goals become unrealistic.

Material acquisition was problematic to say the least. They never had material to complete the jobs at hand. Then wanted to know why job was taking longer.

Company supplied specialized tools, however they wanted them back almost as soon as they reached your hands.

The company vehicle was a nice perk. However, it spent more time broke down than running. When it was broke down, drove own vehicle a lot. Company paid for gas, but additional wear and tear on vehicle was out of pocket.

Overall would go back to them if I had to, but would avoid if all possible.
