We had Muetzel replace our A/C and furnace after our Air Conditioner crapped out on us during the hottest week of the year. They worked us into their schedule so we didn't have to go too long without A/C and the install of both units went extremely quick! Their guys were allvery professional and friendly and did one heck of a job. They will definitely be my go to company for future HVAC and plumbing work!

We weren't sure if our sump pump was working properly or at all. Kenny inspected, ran diagnostics, and checked everything very thoroughly. He explained that the sump pump was working properly and answered all of our questions/concerns. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and treated us with respect.

In my opinion, any place that leaves you setting all day for an appointment that they scheduled with you is unprofessional. Damaging pipes and still charging without fixing them is even worse. But offering to pay him to fix the pipe he broke, and he still doesn't show, well, I'll let the public decide. It's my opinion that the customer should beware. One reviewer stated they lost their home over this company!

Main drain had a brick in access point of drain. Plumber left & got a large crow-bar and was able to pry it out! Man went the extra mile and got the job done! My husband and I were very happy that our con Crete basement floor didn't have to be broke up!!! He snaked both drains, to ensure the drains were both clear and cleaned. Reasonable price $160. My water heater stopped working, the plumber knew exactly what was wrong, ordered the part and came over quickly to install the new part on my water heater. The price was affordable, the service exceptional and the plumber was nice. I am thankful.

Hesson Plumbing did a great job! They were timely, efficient, and honest about what was going wrong with our water. They did a thorough investigation and wanted to make sure the job was complete and we wouldn't have any further issues. They also took the time to help educate us as new homeowners and answer any questions. Will definitely use their services again!

Gage and Trevor were communicative and responsive while discussing the problem, when setting a date, and on site and the work that Gage performed looks great to this non-plumber's eyes. I liked the attention to detail such as square cuts and mountings, and functional details like beveling the interiors of pipe ends to avoid gunk buildup in the drain line. Nice experience.

Antoine gave me excellent service and options on various repairs. This included estimate details. Repair was completed in a timely manner.

I called Calhoun Plumbing to replace my toilet shut off valve and reseat the toilet. They were able to work around my busy schedule and be at my house the next day.

The work was not straight forward, as my house was built 120 years ago and has uneven floors and a low ceiling in the basement, but the two plumbers that arrived quickly assessed the situation and fixed both issues within an hour. Cost was reasonable and both wore masks and gloves the whole time to be sensitive to the pandemic restrictions. I recommend them to homeowners on the southside!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This company worked well with the home warranty I had to not fix anything I had wrong. They decided to say my issue was due to faulty installation but they were just told to lie so the warranty company doesn’t have to pay for any repairs. I will never call or recommend this company ever.

Both my wife and I called for a rather important plumbing issue. We were both told separately that we'd be called back to schedule it and it never happened. We ended up having to go with a different company. It is inexcusable to leave a customer hanging like that and I definitely would NOT recommend using this company for your plumbing needs...
