I experienced great service!! I had an issue with my drain being backed up and I was able to schedule service for the next business day... what a lifesaver! Today I had Antwan clear my drain. He cleared the drain and also looked at all the restrooms in the house to assess whether or not there were any other issues. He was very patient with me and graciously and thoroughly answered my MANY questions. He also provided me suggestions to prevent my issue from reoccurring as well as some recommendations for fixing other plumbing issues in the house. I would definitely recommend to others from the service to professionalism to thoroughness to timeliness to the overall experience. Thank you Antwan!!!

We had Only Water Heaters out to fix our water heater when it stopped working a couple days ago. They fixed it right away for a decent price. Will call again.

Tom and Greg did a great job installing a gas tankless water heater and a whole house water filter. It involved a lot of work, including venting and rerouting water pipes and they stayed until it was done. They were punctual, took time to explain what they were doing and explained how to maintain our new systems.

Columbia Gas had to shut my gas off due to it leaking. Called All Lines Gas And Plumbing spoke to Mike who explained everything to me. He was prompt on his arrival time and had my gas turned back on same day. Excellent service and reasonably priced. Will use again.

As many others have said, Eddie is top notch. He was knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant. I had several other plumbing businesses come out to quote a slow draining drain in my egress window. I had one company quote $305 to run a snake, and another company that quoted $650 to scope/hyrdoblast my drain. I called Eddie, and explained to him my situation, and explained that I wasn't entirely sure how or where the drain ended. We talked over the phone about potential options (Very knowledgeable) and he offered to come out to see if we couldn't figure out what the problem was. He showed up on time, and got to work. He was able to use a shop-vac to remove most of the rocks and debris that had been placed in the drain by the previous owners. We found out the the drain was only a short run to the foundation drainage (obviously the other options that the other plumbers suggested would not have been needed). Eddie saved me a ton of money, and hassle from simply taking the time to fully understand what was needed before doing any work. Today I hooked up a garden hose and ran it full blast. No issues to speak of. I would easily call West Plumbing again for any tasks, and would recommend him to all of my friends and neighbors.

I’m the facilities coordinator at a large department store where I am constantly interacting with outside technicians and contractors. In all of my 15 plus years of facilities maintenance experience, Calhoun plumbing is easily the most unprofessional and poorly ran company I’ve ever had the misfortune of interacting with. For anyone who is looking for plumbing repair in Columbus, save yourself a lot of trouble & frustration and find another reputable plumbing company.

Unprofessional and incompetent. The office manager likes to argue and won't listen to you or let you talk. The plumber was rude and condescending and did not fix my original problem. Another plumber had to be called out two months later to fix what this Miller-Ranney plumber did not fix. They are not welcome in my home.

I had a great experience. They unclogged our sewer drain pipe in a short time at a reasonable price.

Had PTI come thru last night. It was 2 servicers (I believe one guy was named Joe), super awesome guys. Explained the entire fix to me and were courteous and beyond friendly. Going to recommended PTI to all my friends

I utilized 1-Tom Plumber for an emergency frozen pipe. Since that time, I called them back several times to replace a sump pump, replace bathroom sink fixtures and install a new valve for our sprinkler system. They are professional in every way, from timeliness - to service - to masks and shoe covers. I trust them and they are my go to plumber!

Their overall customer service in coordination and communication regarding when the technician would be expected in the home as well as their on time arrival was much appreciated. The assigned technician, Jacob, was incredibly kind and donated his time and resources to complete a job for a local individual - a 'thank you' just doesn't do it justice. Their kindness and generosity is unmatched! They definitely have repeat customers out of us!

We used BCI Mechanical for a sump pump check up and installation of new bathroom faucets, a new toilet and new shower fixtures. Their response time was amazing to make an initial assessment! The shower faucets were quite old and they were not sure that the unit could be replaced without tearing up some of the tile. Tony said he could do it and certainly did, without any tear up at all. We ere extremely pleased with the service provided and followup services too. We highly recommend BCI and will use them for all of our plumbing needs in the future.
