Had several outlets and switches go out on me. Safe electric came out next day and helped diagnose. They were very clear with their rates right from the getgo which was nice. It turned out our panel had water damage and needed to be replaced and again he wrote up several options and showed me the prices for each. I really appreciate their transparency and thorough checks to make sure everything was safe and in good condition and they were friendly and helpful explaining what was happening. Would definitely use them again in the future

I am very happy with the service I got! He came out the same day and fixed the problem and then a few days later I had a different issue and he came back out and fixed this problem as well. Wow! I called because of an outlet I fried and they were out within 2.5 hours. Jose and Edgar were super fast, polite, and they were courteous with keeping their shoes covered which is always something I really appreciate, especially in this gross weather! They were great. We will be looking to have new outlets added to our kitchen when we remodel, so I will certainly use them again!

The only feedback I have is, I got an alert they were 30 mins away. So I started heading back toward my house with about 10 minutes to spare before they’d arrive. It turned out, they’d already arrived but almost left because I couldn’t get them in! My husband was able to let them in thankfully and caught them as they almost got back to their van. This is nothing on the guys, in fact, being early is awesome and rare for service industry. More so, the problem seemed to be with their “tracking system.” It plotted them about 30 mins away the whole time so it just doesn’t seem to be working right. This won’t keep me from calling them again, their prices were very fair and the work was done well! :)

The crew was very quick to respond, knowledgeable, and efficient. They did an outstanding job installing my new chandelier and pendant lights. Everything they did was top notch. Definitely a great experience with these guys. Beep them up if you need any electric work done.

We have used HD Electrical several times, working with James on ceiling fan and other electrical issues. This time James installed a wired video doorbell and helped us get the app set up, then solved some 3-way switch issues for us. VERY knowledgeable and pleasant every time.

Countryside Electric installed an electrical panel 16 years ago for me and nothing ever went wrong. Lost power late Sunday evening impacting half our house. Joe stopped by himself and quickly assessed the problem as electric company outside line. He called them on our behalf and the problem was addressed later that evening. Joe was very responsive, professional and demonstrated in-depth technical knowledge. Will call PTI again for any and all issues or new work; I highly recommend Joe and his company!

I have used Elite Electric Services for several years at my personal home and at my rental properties. Our parking lot was totally dark
So I called Roberts on Monday morning —- they sent out a service technician that afternoon ( who does that any more???)
And the job was completed the very next day — basically , within 24hours!!! You just don’t find efficiency and excellent service like this very often!
Why torture yourself and get aggravated —- just call Roberts
And deal with “professionals ”!

Romanoff Electric had come by yesterday to check out the outlets in the garage.The electrician was very rude, not helpful at all as he did not tell us anything he was doing, did not ask permission if he could do anything, and clogged around with his wet shoes in our house (it's common courtesy for those working in houses to have those shoe covers to slip over shoes). He at one point went down to the basement on the carpet and started flipping switches and not telling us anything that was going on- again with his wet shoes When he left, he left all the panel doors open that he was working on. Super unprofessional and an encounter like this ruins the day. I hope those evaluating these reviews really take this into consideration and avoid a mistake with this group.
