Best Water Tank Repair in Columbus OH

Anyone is better then this company! Literally, anyone! Hired them to do a full plumbing job. It would be completed in phases. Signed all necessary contracts and waited 2 months for them to begin the project. The day before, they were to start they raised the price from 6,200 (phase 1 - checking and testing current plumbing in 3 bathroom and a laundry room) to 48,000.00. There was no reasonable explanation given for this . The entire project (all phases ) was bid for approximately 35k (not including the kitchen or any underground piping). During this same call, I was told the entire project would now be 150,000.00. NOTHING changed in the plan. This is a scam organization. They will breech their contracts when convenient. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

I had used Waterworks in the past to do some general plumbing repairs and was happy with the quality of the work. While not the cheapest (far from it) I found the work to be good. This instance was completely different! When my hot water heater broke, I called Water Works to install a new one.The technician came to my house and presented my options, I landed on a $1800 power vented water heater, which was not the lowest priced quote I recieved, but felt my past experience would be an indication of the quality this time around.When the tech showed up the next day, he informed me that he forgot that they would have to have to run an electric line to the new heater. How do you forget something like this?He said, they could run an extension cord to the unit and he assured me (after calling his boss) that it would be fine and pass inspection. When the inspector showed up he promptly failed the unit based on the poor electrical wiring.When I informed WW the unit had failed, their solution was to have me pay for an electrician to properly wire the unit and they would cover the re-inspection fee. An electrican will cost at least $300+.I assure you I will never do business with Waterworks again and encourage anyone considering their expensive services to think twice and have the work done by a real professional organization.

This company has been in business a long time in Columbus! I appreciate that the sons and grandsons are still running it and doing the work themselves. An estimate was provided and the work scheduled to accommodate my needs. Blair was prompt and helpful answering my husband's questions. He replaced an old main water shutoff and removed old galvanized pipe. His work passed City inspection right away. We'll have Fritz Bauman Plumbing do work for us again.

They arrived less than two hours after I called. Technicians were Brandon and Thomas. They were professional, courteous and informative. Found and repaired my water leak in no time. Reasonable price. I will definitely use them next time I need a plumber.

We've used Muetzel many times in the past. They're our first phone call for larger plumbing issues. This was a big job, major blockage, and the team was professional and communicated with me every step of the way. This was a two day job and it was determined that they weren't going to be able to complete the job. Extra services were going to be required, possibly excavation requiring the city's involvement. I was very pleased that they refunded our money for day #2 of services since they were unable to resolve our issue. I'd recommend Muetzel over many of the larger companies.

Dustin had a trainee named Joe with him. They were both very friendly and did excellent work. Dustin explained everything they were doing in an easy to understand way. I would definitely recommend this company. We had used them previously several years ago and were happy with their work then and now.

Matt met me with a very professional attitude and explained exactly what needed to be done, as well as explaining while he worked. He was far less than the other company that tried to price gouge me into more expensive repairs.

I felt he was honest and did not have any hidden costs.

Dale came out to assess a problem I was having with a hot water heater.

He went ahead and gave me several options that would fix the problem to ensure I could pick what best fit my budget.

After careful consideration, I decided to fully replace my hot water heater. Dale and the gentleman who came installed it all within the space of a few hours, cleaned up after themselves. The were friendly, arrived on time and did an excellent job. It's so great to have hot water again! I couldn't recommend them enough.

Never returned my call

Found out the hard way (water all over my floor) that I had a drain issue while doing some laundry. Happened this past Sun. Mon morning I did a Google search for 'best plumbers in Reynoldsburg, Plumbing One had the best rating and great customer comments. Also looked them up on BBB website. They have an A+ rating! I called Mon morn and was set up with a Tues morn appointment. Tom came on time, introduced himself and then listened to me describe the issue I had. He got right to work and found the problem was from my washing machine drain line not draining properly. Turns out I had a very stubborn clog in the drain and a crazy 'older home' drain line set up so Tom had to use a few different methods to get the drain clear. He din't give up and really went the extra mile to be sure it was done right. Thank you soooo much Tom, I couldn't be more pleased with the service! Use Plumbing One (ask for Tom) you'll get the best!

I called and told them what was wrong with water heater and toilet. They came out, cost me $209 and didn’t fix anything, just told me what was wrong. I already knew what was wrong, I needed someone to fix it.

Recently had a main drain issue in my older home. After contacting 3 different plumber/drain cleaning companies, whose estimates were ridiculous, a neighbor recommended Chuck Ball, owner of CCG. Chuck came to my home....after hours on a Friday night and after working all day and assured me he would take care of the problem. He had to return to his shop for the water pressurized snake, needed to clear the drain properly. His professionalism, knowledge and caring efficiency was amazing. The actual clearing only took about 10 minutes, not the hours others had estimated it would take, including digging up my yard. The blockage was in my basement main drain U joint pipe, not my aeration system! Not only was I delighted with his attitude and work ethic, but with the more than reasonable cost. Can't give him enough kudos!! Hire this company!
