Called Ben Franklin today about gas line requirements for a tankless water heater. From my research, I've learned that these take a lot of gas. Other contractors I talked to seemed to guess about the requirements, but the guy I spoke to at Ben Franklin explained the install process perfectly. Thankful there are companies out there who know how to do jobs correctly!

Was in Ohio to care for my 86 year old Mother. She lives in a farmhouse that's over 100 years old. Discovered water in the basement on a Friday afternoon. Josh and Kodi two young men came to our rescue!! They were very polite and professional. They ended up running a snake through the drain to clear out roots.
