Asked for a bid in a new water heater and they showed up in time and we're very polite. Unfortunately we decided to use a different company. The had done work previously and always did a great job.

My tech Andrew Coleman had his work cut out for him on my house! I had a small utility room in my basement I wanted two 50 gallon tanks. This install required a two story chimney liner and the hole in my chimney wasn't big enough. To say the least, Andrew was nothing short of awesome!! And he was hilarious. I've used this company twice. First time to get a gas line up into my kitchen for a gas stove. Done well and with a permit so everything is legal. Next time was a new water heater last year. Can't recommend Felix Plumbing enough. From the first conversation you have with Alyssa, you immediately know they care not only about your business, but about honestly solutioning whatever plumbing need you have. We are doing a lot of incremental work to our 'fixer upper, and we will have no plumber besides Felix do that work. Highly recommend!
