Best Water Damage Repair in Colorado Springs CO

Needed a hose bib and valve seal replaced (outdoor spigot). They charged my wife $407 for this. I was thinking it should only be around $150 for a full replacement so I called around. Everyone else said that it would be $125. Called Affordable to ask why so much and got told a manager would call me back. The technician at my house called me back. The explanation I was given was that it was too old to warranty so they had to replace the hose bib and spigot (which I knew). I told them I knew this and it should be no more than $150. He replied that their company does a flat rate regardless if the job goes well or if it goes bad. Meaning they're 3 times the price of anyone else to cover any losses from other jobs that have gone bad! Total rip off!!!!

Over the phone, and at no cost to me, Ed was able to give me the solution to problem and I completed the work myself within two minutes, after all, I created it!

I don't even know where to begin with my review but it basically started with my terrible home warranty company and ends with Josh a competent and courteous professional. I had literally just closed on my home when we discovered a leak in the wall behind the refrigerator. The only way to prevent further damage to my home was to immediately turn off the water to the entire house. It was late, so I decided I would call my warranty company first thing in the morning, Saturday. Well after a unbelievable run around, hours on the phone and of course in tears at this point on Sunday morning I chose to call a plumber myself and just pay it out if my own pocket as we were going on 36 hours without water. . Josh answered, and he immediately put me at ease. He could tell I was frustrated, and said, don't worry we are going to help you. He was at my home within 40 minutes. He was friendly, professional, kind, understanding and above all extremely competent. He rectified the emergency at hand and provided my family with water and still no word from the home warranty people. He also took the time to educate me on some other household issues to watch for. He left, but made a follow up call to me the next day. He even called my home warranty company to speak on my behalf. Josh epitomizes customer service that you rarely see these days. I would highly recommend him and this company to anyone. I know they received a life long customer in me. Thank you for everything and helping me during this challenging time! Parkey's has always been responsive. Technician was early and diagnosed the water heater issue rapidly. He provided several options for how to resolve the issue allowing us plenty of time to determine which choice we wanted to use without pressure one way or another.Will definitely use Parkey's again.

Excellent, fast, friendly, affordable. Our pressure regulator broke and Jeff replaced it. He also spent a few minutes reinforcing the pipe supports to prevent the issue from recurring, for no additional charge. If anything else breaks I'm messaging Jeff first.
