Best Water Damage in Colorado Springs CO

This is for Mike and here's a big THANK YOU for graciously taking the 2nd call to our home in order to get our heater working properly and replacing the filter w/ the correct one to fit. After going w/o heat for four days and scheduling conflicts, Mike was able to have our appt moved up earlier than 8 pm to 10 pm and got everything in working order b4 going on his vacation. Thank you Mike and for being so courteous and apologetic.

Ed was awesome. He quickly diagnosed a tile cracked grout issue that was causing a leak. He then very quickly installed a water line to my refrigerator. Very professional, on time and thorough.

Dwayne came to our house in less than an hour and figured out what was needed to fix our plumbing problem. He got right to work and saved the day! I was back to work before lunch! Highly recommended.

Springs Rooter came out and cleaned our drain when another company could not clear the line.

YIKES!!! I called for a simple sink repair. Within two hours of repair the sink leaked worse then before. They sent out another employee a couple of days later because they said they had to fire the first tech. Maybe should have made sure he was qualified before he was sent out on calls?? Anyway 2nd tech finally fixes then tells me how lucky I am they decided not to charge me for the service call... Ya think? Duh they screwed up why would I? Anyway that was in August check was written in full and cashed within 7 days. I have never heard another word from them. 2 days ago I received a email from my franchiser saying they had sent the bill to him. Never called me or wrote ME a letter or sent me a invoice, so that I could nicely tell them the bill was paid and the check # . Instead Joanne the account thought it a good idea to attack the customer and try to get me in trouble with my boss. WHO does that??? Then I call the office to talk to Tony the owner or Dennis the manager and instead get a call from Joanne the one I told them I was specifically complaining about...? HUH ?? I was told by Joanne that the owner and manager are too busy to talk to me. GREAT STUFF Way to make it about the customer.. Save yourself the stress and find someone else. Read BBB reviews also!
