We just sold our home and the buyers were asking for a sewer camera and a sump pump to be installed. Chris Eckel came to do the job. He was on time, courteous and very professional. It took very little time for him to analyze what the camera showed and the installation of the sump pump was performed quickly and neatly. I live in a home with a Triangle Tube Boiler System and have used Western Peak Plumbing twice now to assist in solving issues with this system. To me, it looks very complicated. The first time they provided me with support, they took the time to really look into the problems and make sure they were solved, for good. As this was an ongoing issue prior to having Western Peak Plumbing in the picture. The second time that I needed them was during this last big snow storm. My hot water was out (which coincidentally is what heats the whole house) and it would have been very difficult for them to make it to me in the storm. However, Marvin took the time to FaceTime with me and we were able to get things working. Marvin truly showed concern for me making it through the storm safely and I couldn’t appreciate him more. Working with Western Peak is highly recommended by me. They are a very caring and honest plumbing service provider.

Lucas was absolutely outstanding. Twice in one week he came out to fix some burst pipes within a few hours of my call. The repair was performed with a high degree of quality and precision and I have no doubt that it was well worth the price

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

Andrew came to install our water heater after we spent 3 days going back and forth with other contractors. When he arrived, he told us that the job was going to require lots more work then we had anticipated. Andrew offered to do the work in the same day and restored our hot water in a matter of hours. We are very grateful for his help and would highly recommend him to anyone needing a plumber.

I hired Team Plumbing to install an electric tankless water heater after I called around and searched the internet extensively for someone with previous experience, as they are pretty rare. Curtis assured me he had done it many times in Florida. Unfortunately, he sent someone to do it who had NEVER installed one before. His workman was quickly trying to read the installation instruction sheet at my house.

After many errors, and dripping rusty water all over my carpet (he also forgot to put down a tarp), he finally got it installed. I voiced my concerns about needing to flush it in a year, as was recommended online, because of our hard well water. The installer thought it'd be a good idea.

But, as I go to flush it now, I notice that he didn't put in valves that allow a way to do this! There is no outlet. I'm not really surprised at another mistake. I called Curtis, and, after researching it more and not finding anything online, he doesn't think I need it. My pipes are now banging with the built up sediment that I can't release. I called Rheem and they said to flush the system and gave me the names of two plumbers who actually are experts. I guess I'll just pay someone new. It'll probably save me money/time in the long run, anyway.

SAVE yourself the trouble and don't trust Team Plumbing with your electric tankless, no matter what Curtis promises!

Had a water pipe break at 3 am , they came out promptly, fixed and was EXTREMELY reasonable! EXCELLENT SERVICE!

He is very responsive ,takes responsibility and accountability of work.

It was a great experience from start to finish. I will be using them again. And I would recommend them to everyone.

Another update: Leaving all my reviews to show the trail, but eventually they did fix my water heater. The guy they sent was very kind and pleasant. I am grateful that it was fixed even though I had a migraine in the process. I would still call them again as the on-call guy did fix it and was a nice person.

I had my water heater fixed 8/30/21, and it already stopped working. Trying to call them about this is impossible. They do not answer the phone if they know someone with a problem needs them. They also sent me a bill that should have gone to my landlord when he disputed their charges to his credit card, and they included his credit card information. Seriously, they gave me access to my landlords credit card. They did not even look at the name on the credit card that had reversed the charges. Now I have to have them back for repair work, and I am very nervous about having them in my apartment again. The last guy was very rude to me and acted like I was inconveniencing him instead of paying him to do a job. So unprofessional!!!

A company you can trust. I refer people to Felix plumbing all the time.

EDIT: replies 7 months after I leave review claiming they offer free estimates, do you really want me to post a screenshot of my bank statement of the 50 dollars your rep charged me after saying they can't do the job, and if I didn't pay he'd put a lien on my property
