Ryan and Nic K. just installed a cieling fan, some lights and some outlets at my house. They were on-time, professional and polite. They did a thorough job and cleaned up after themselves well. Despite there being some clutter in some of the working areas and my attic being a real pain to work in, they performed quickly. I also noticed that they did things in a safe way that was respectful to my home and to my kids and dog who were running around. They took the time to explain the work to me and answer questions, even being sure to give me updates on how things were going, without being asked to. This is the second time i have had this company come to my home, and both times they have done a great job, with none of the annoying scheduling problems or work issues that I have had with other companies.10/10 i will definitely hire them again in the future. Excellent Plumbing and Heating is a rare find. A friend of mine recommended Rick, and I have been very happy. I am the owner of The Swimmery, a members-only, outdoor swim club, and I have worked with several plumbing contractors in the past who will not get the job done on time...excuses, excuses, excuses. Rick shows up and works until the job is done. He is friendly, professional and goes the extra mile. He also promptly came all the way out to my home in Falcon on the weekend recently to fix a gas leak. I hope to never have to call another plumber again. I had an appointment for a toilet installation for 12/30/21 for 8-10AM - NO SHOW. They were not working on the 31st, so I scheduled another appointment for 1/3/22 between 4-6PM- Guess what? NO SHOW-NO CALL- I have had a toilet sitting in my living room for 5 days now, waiting for installation. DO NOT CALL DELTA IF YOU NEED A REAL APPOINTMENT WTH A REAL, REPUTABLE, DEPENDABLE PLUMBER.
