I had an old sump pump that started smelling really badly on a Saturday afternoon. After waiting 7+ hours for maintenance through my property management, I started calling around. Not one big name 24 hour plumber was available asap, some didn't even answer their phone. Mark texted me back after missing my call. He was very thorough and knowledgeable in walking me through the steps to help diagnose the problem, so he could get it taken care of in a timely manner for me. He showed up at 115am! Terrible company. They scammed my father (who has dementia) out of a large amount of money and broke his water heater. When I called to speak to a manager the person who answered the phone was rude and condescending. I finally talked to amy (apparently a manager) who was even more rude to me and had zero personal skills. I will never do business with this company again.
