Best Sewer Line Issues in Colorado Springs CO

The first team of guys that came to my property were on time and professional. This was Brandon and Carlos. They came to do a septic inspection which they performed well. However, I made a second appointment, this time to inspect my perimeter drain from inside my basement sump. I had to pay $250 to the Radon company to professionally open and close the sump for the Leo's guys to get into it. After having the smelly sump opened up, the crew from Leo's NEVER SHOWED up! After calling them, I was told there was nothing they could do for this inspection even after the team that came the first time assured me that a perimeter drain inspection through the sump was not only something they could do, but that recommended it as the next step in my search for a water leak. They actually recommended that I take this step and then canceled the appointment without even telling me. Can you imagine the nerve that it would take to do something like this? Unbelievable. Now that I simply want to speak with the Operations Manager, Brian, about why the appointment was suddenly canceled and why they didn't contact me, they won't even return my calls. I rarely complain about companies online, and usually give them the benefit of the doubt, but considering I wasted $250 to open/close my sump for nothing, these guys canceled on me without any warning, and now don't even have the courtesy to call to explain themselves, I'd give their company ZERO stars if I could for complete unprofessionalism, discourtesy and terrible customer service. Please, please, use someone else for your plumbing and septic needs. This company seems to have a series of late shows and no shows for their services. This costs us as homeowners our precious time, our patience and potentially hundreds of dollars as it did for me. This is simply one of the WORST contractors I have ever made the mistake of hiring. For your sake, please don't make the same mistake.

We just started to have water leaking through our ceiling from our upstairs shower. Marvin got an appointment scheduled very quickly and Jerry came out to fix it. They were amazing. Super thorough and very high quality. Jerry was able to quickly diagnose and fix the leak for much less money than I expected. We have a bunch of other plumbing things we want done and I’ll definitely be using them for my future plumbing.

It’s difficult to adequately explain, in writing, how pleased we are with Dwayne’s services. After I called him he was here in about 40 minutes or so. He’s a very polite, professional, and knowledgeable gentleman. He listened to my explanation of what was happening and quickly determined where and what needed to be done. He gave an affordable and reasonable quote and went right to work. He was patient with my questions regarding the equipment he was using and the process to fix our plumbing issue (something I’m always very happy with the professionals – explaining the what’s, when’s, why’s and how’s). When Dwayne was finished he explained the recommended preventative measures for the drain system as they relate to our home. 5 stars aren’t enough. He will be our “go to guy” for everything related to our drainage system. Thank you Dwayne!

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

When having another company in town do a regular furnace tune up in our recently purchased home, it was brought to our attention that we were going to need a new furnace, but their prices felt too high. I called Olson before those guys left my house and even without being in my house were able to give me an estimate on a better unit for thousands $$$ lower. Alex with Olson is normally a foreman, but was the one that came to do an estimate, and wow! He was phenomenal! He also recommend replacing our furnace, but he put all the concerns that the other guys had to rest. His 30 years of experience/passion/ knowledge was very obvious and he was able to help us decide on the appropriate unit for our home and family. Even though we weren't planning on getting a new AC unit, he also talked through future options on that too but was not pushy at all; he was truly serving our family as best he could. Within days, we had a new more-efficient furnace installed. We have three little kids including a new born and our heat was starting to go out; they moved up our timeline and got things rolling even faster. If we're needing a major appliance change or just a yearly tune-up, Olson will always have our business after these multiple interactions. Rick and his associate were terrific. My home was built in 1940 and there was some plumbing issues that had to do with a previous remodel and with the bathroom floor that had settled over the years. Both men were professional, very knowledgeable, and they cleaned up, too boot! I also had a new kitchen faucet installed and they not only cleaned up afterward they took away the old fixture. I could not have been more happy! Will definitely use them again for any future plumbing needs!

We called Advantage out for an estimate on a new sewer line on Feb. 21st. The gentlemen that arrived did a thorough review of our system and we agreed with what they were telling us.

When scheduling the estimate, we were not told that we were going to be charged $150. This was weird because we had another company come to our home, and not charge us for the estimate. It seems dishonest to NOT tell your customer that they are going to be charged for an estimate before even scheduling one. Although we did pay the fee, we were surprised by the fee. Finally, it is now March 7th and we have yet to see an estimate on replacement costs. When I called the company to inquire about the charge and the estimate, I did not receive a, sorry we didn't inform you of the charge, or a timeline to receive the estimate. I felt I was an annoyance to them, even though I was professional on the phone. Unfortunately, we don't feel comfortable working with them now.

The plumbing service was so much more than I ever expected. Mary, who received my initial call, was so assuring and my appointment for the plumping issue was scheduled promptly. Mark came out, assessed the issue and resolved the problem. He was efficient and explained everything I needed to know. And, Affordable Rooter is really affordable! Thank you to all at Affordable Rooter!

Great job! Highly recommend. He came at night, when I REALLY needed a plumber! What a lifesaver!

I have to give this place a 5 ! They came on time ,did a great job, and the price was affordable. I called several plumbers and alot of them were too expensive or didnt want to fix what I needed fixed. Diego is pretty awesome and so is the guy that works with him they fixed what I needed fixed and came early so I could shower before work. !!!

We woke up to a leaking water heater. Jolly walked me through how to turn the valve off over the phone which I had done but the water would not stop. They promised to have someone out by evening. They called a few hours later and said they had someone they could send sooner. Richard showed up a short while later and was amazing. Personable, funny and kind. He told us what was wrong and fixed it quickly. He offered company information for someone to have the water extracted even. He knows his stuff! Highly recommend the company and recommend Richard gets a raise!

It took Donnie a whole 3-minutes to come to the conclusion that our Hot Water Heater was shot and needed to be replaced, and he needed to add an expansion tank. I found this hard to believe since our Rheem hot water heater was only 3-years old and under warranty.
Thankfully we did get a 2nd opinion from another contractor who was able to replace a relief hose at no cost. In my opinion Donnie was trying to take advantage of me and also American Home Shield.

You really couldn't ask for more than Russ provides. The service of Revolutionary Kindness Plumbing is fantastic. Russ answers his phone, follows up with you on his arrival time, is careful not to make a mess in your home, cleans up, and most importantly, he knows what he's doing. I highly recommend Russ and RVP.

I had noticed a water leak from my water heater, called Yellow Dog and they came out that same day to assess the leak and had it repaired the same day of my call. Josh and Shivawn were kind, responsive, professional, and did the work for an amazing price!
