The man who come to my condo fix what I said was wrong. turns out it was not exactly what I thought so I still had to pay of course. But then he was going to have to come back after he could get another part and I I was anticipating another bill. The technician remembered something and when he came back he replaced the original controller with a newer style and now it all works and he came back the second time fixed it the issue and charged me nothing. he did excellent work and made sure that everything he did met all standards

I have nothing but excellent things to say about Always Plumbing & Heating. My wife and I have been clients of theirs since 1995 and have never had any issues with their work whatsoever. They remodeled both bathrooms in our home, and do regular maintenance work on our furnace and drains. Whenever anyone asks who I would recommend for plumbing or heating work I always refer these guys because they are excellent at what they do.

Olson was contracted to install a new Air Conditioning unit. I started the process on June 8th but the A/C wasn't functional until August 25. I've had numerous visits I can count on both hands how many visits to correct all the installation problems. The new a/c unit wasn't secured to the foundation more importantly the condenser outside was frosted with a snow ball indicating all that cold air was trapped outside in 80 plus degrees . Not to mention the technicians soiled the carpet with their work boots as they were in and out of the home. On the very last visit they didn't even bother to notify that the work was completed and were leaving and left my home unsecured with an unlocked door. They say never say never but for the amount of money Olson was compensated in the future Id exhaust any other HVAC competitor before using Olson but with the warranty they are necessary and likely would be put to good use given so many issues with the installation not to mention summer is practically over so money was spent with no use for the unit as we move into fall and winter. Whats unfortunate on several visits they were training and I can imagine as a new hire its not a good feeling learning the improper way of installation and then coming back out to correct that installation job. All around just a very poor experience I wouldn't wish on anyone especially in a heat wave.

Chris and Aaron were very punctual at the designated scheduled time. They resolved my clogged sink and garbage disposal issues in about 15min. They were both kind and professional.

Called on a Sunday to have someone out the next day and snake the drain in my kitchen. Lady on the phone was courteous and set me up for am 8-10AM window. Kevin called around 7:50 that he was en route, quoted me, and got the job done by 9. All told, the road fee, drain snake, and $25 first time discount brought the total to $246. I would consider this a tad pricey, however Kevin was professional, left my house exactly the way he found it, and showed up at the beginning of my window which I always appreciate. I am very pleased, and have never been more happy to be able to wash my dishes.

Luke did an excellent job, and I would definitely recommend him and this company again! I received over 6 bids to install a water heater and he gave the best price, best equipment, and quickest installation of all the bids. He was able to do the install the day after the water heater arrived from Denver.

Green plumbing works with integrity and very high moral character. Ten thousand percent trustworthy. I Never for one single second thought they would offer me something I did not absolutely need. I've only dealt with them commercially, but would not hesitate to hire them personally.

Had an emergency water leak, called David who arrived quickly and did the repair right away. He did an excellent job for a very reasonable fee. I highly recommend this company.
