I usually do not leave reviews, but Affordable has gone above and beyond! We upgraded the whole system in our house replacing our old furnace with an efficient model and Central Air! Chuck Rucker has run point on our install(s) from day one. Working the kinks out of installing a 2017 system into a house from 1964. They even worked with us to expand the return and supply systems due to add-ons. We had a few rough patches getting everything to work due to the home layout, but every tech that has come to the house to tweak the A/C or install a component has been polite and timely. I highly recommend the company they stand by their warranty and make sure you as the customer is satisfied with what they do, they show pride in their work.

I would not recommend Leo's sewer & drain. Very poor communication, office staff very rude. Set an appointment for 10-12 and they showed up at 1:30. Was charged a service fee when no work was done. Very unprofessional. Was told management would contact me same day and never heard from anyone. This is a terrible company.

This guy fooled around with my leaky faucet, ending up being unusable, then charged us 130.00 for his body being here. In my book if you can't fix the problem, you don't charge for the problem or was 130.00 a trip charge? Also, he gave an outrageous estimate of 600.00 dollars to put in a washtub. This place is a no-go.
Too bad he was so was so bad we are interested in remodeling our bathroom and now he is 'out'.

From the beginning Lucas has been very timely, honest, and knowledgeable about my job. I had a complicated plumbing installation in a commercial leased space and he was excellent!

Called this morning about a pipe leak under the house,got an appt for in the morning. Was called an hour later,they had a cancellation and would be right out. Thank you Skip for not only fixing the pipe,leaking faucet and shower,but for being so patient with the 2 little helpers who followed your every move. Thumbs up for this company!!!

Rick came out to Falcon/Peyton and relocated the whole-house filters from my well system from the crawl space I can no longer physically get into up to a main floor room. He also installed a valve that allows me to turn off the water to the whole house from the main floor. After trying to reuse my existing filters to save me money (which leaked), he put in a temporary fix to allow us to have water and came back the next day with new filters. He also fixed my dryer vent/hose that I have been fighting with for a year. The job cost about what I expected, and was more than reasonable considering the two trips. I will call him again if I ever need plumbing assistance.

Called these guys about some clogged drainage pipes. They came out in a very timely manner, and diagnosed the problem right away. After showing me the rotted 60 year old steel pipes, they replaced them without batting an eye. Knew exactly what needed to be done and finished the job promptly. We had our leak issue completed by Benjamin B. He not only did an amazing job. He was also very educational. He helped me to understand why these leak issues can occur and what I can do in the future for prevention. He is also very kind and personable. I highly recommend this company! They recently put in a new furnace and AC for me, and the experience, from beginning to end, was truly first rate. The first contact I had with them was, of course, on the phone to set up an appointment for an estimate. The woman I talked to was friendly, professional and made what we should expect quite clear. (I wish I had remembered to get her name, so I could mention her here.) For the estimate (which is free), Tim Parkey came. He explained my options clearly and concisely - I knew just what to expect. We set up the appointments for the two days required for the work. A crane to get the unit to my roof, and an electrician, were needed, so he set that all up for us as well. The guys (Kade and Brennan) that came to do the work were efficient, pleasant and very good at their jobs, Both days, they arrived right when they said they would. Now really, having contractors make promises and not show up is SO common, that it's become a standard expectation for most of us. Not these guys! They keep their promises! The work is beautiful. True craftsmanship. I could not be more pleased. And the electrician and crane company they set up for us were excellent and kept their schedules as promised as well. So Parkey's has done their homework when it comes to the people they use. The whole operation was smooth as silk.

I am in Florida and my disabled brother lives in Colorado Springs. Every time there is a maintenance problem at his home, I panic. Inevitably, companies take advantage of him and in a sense me because I’m not there to arm chair quarterback what they are doing! I don’t say this lightly...How REFRESHING it was to work with Sean and One Source Home. Not only did Sean treat my brother as a “normal” adult. He was respectful of my brothers concerns and endless questions. Sean explained everything. Laid out my brothers options and worked out a very doable budget. Never knowing that he has a sister who was going to double check that the company wasn’t taking advantage. When all was done. My brother got me on the phone to talk to Sean and Sean had to explain all over what was necessary to fix the problem. Many get frustrated or say I just told him what we were doing. Blah blah blah. Not Sean!What a concept...a business that truly cares about their customers....a business that is trustworthy...a business that is thorough.!!! Rescheduled multiple times without warning. Absolutely poor communication with the apartment office and tenants of the unit. Prolonging a one day issue and turning it into a two week issue. Absolutely stay away. If you want a company that will actually show up, use affordable plumbing.
