A negative experience overall. We own a house that is rented to an all women sober or half-way house. On 10/14, we called for service on a blocked drain that was flooding the basement. An appt was scheduled for 6-8 pm. The drain tech showed up at 9:30 pm. He was only there for a few minutes when he said he would have to go get a different snake from his office.2.5 hours later, he came back after midnight (a mother of a newborn was waiting for him all evening to complete the job). He (Justin) broke the flange (according to the plumber who came out the next day).Our invoice has a garbled, not clear summary of what happened.He left the house around 1 am and left the basement door wide open on a cold night with women and a baby sleeping inside. These are women fighting addiction and abusive relationships.The next morning another appointment with the real plumber was set, and once again they were hours late. The repair of the flange took several hours and hundreds of dollars. The first bill we have received was $441.50. We are expecting the next bill for the flange to be about the same.We asked for the video of the clean out, but we don't expect it (they never sent us the video from a visit to a different house- which we requested on numerous occasions). We asked for member application, to help offset all of these huge bills, but we haven't received that either.To top all of this off, the drain backed up again yesterday. We called them this morning and said it was urgent. They promised someone at 12:30 or 1 pm. That person just showed up at 3 pm.We asked to speak to a manager about all of this, we haven't heard from anyone yet. I can only help that writing this review will help them improve their horrible service!

I was very excited to work with Bill's Plumbing. I received a recommendation from the BNI group that this was a good plumbing company to go with. I scheduled an appointment for 11am Friday. Then, I received a phone call asking if I could reschedule to 8am. Mindy or Amanda at the desk apologized for the early time. I took one for the team, moved my schedule around for the day, and said yes to 8am.

Mike didn't show up. No phone call from him. No phone call from the office. At 9am I was rushing to my next appointment across town. I called the front desk and spoke with Mindy. I added why no one called me about the no-show and why the plumber didn't show up. She replied something to the time of Well, it's the owner and he had another appointment and was trying to get that done. I don't understand why I took one for the team to reschedule when this guy decides to have a conflicting appointment.

Finally, Mike calls while I'm driving to my next appointment to say I'm ready to come over. I was furious. I asked why he didn't call to tell me he wasn't going to be able to make it. Well, I was double booked and I don't start my crews till 9 and I've been so busy.... And it was just all excuses. I'm a principled person. If this company can't respect my time and communicate, then I think that's a good indicator of the type of work they do. I caution you if you decide to use this service.

Ridge came to our home and did a free estimate for us. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was extremely personable and kind, we had set up for other companies to come give an estimate but after meeting with ridge we decided to stay with one source. We know that we are in good hands with this company and we couldn’t be happier about our decision. Thank you!****EDITED****I had a technician come out to my home for a leak we were encountering in our bathroom tub. The man that came out was extremely polite and helpful (can’t remember his name) however I paid for services the day he came out and gave me an estimate. The next day I called them back and told them I no longer needed the service as my neighbor was going to fix it for me for free. So I asked for a refund. That was APRIL 4th. It’s now June 28th and my almost $800 has still not been refunded. I have called multiple times. Many times I was told they would call me back and have never received a call back from anyone! Their refund lady told me it could take up to 90 days. Why!? It took the company less than 5 minutes to take my money, now why do I have to wait this long for my money back. I am highly disappointed and just want my money back. I’ve waited long enough. And I’m sick of the run around I’ve been getting!

I called this establishment due to the high reviews. I was greeted by a lady and briefly explained my plumbing symptoms and would like to setup an appointment two days out. She gave a quick thin-lip diagnosis and stated they were booked two weeks out with no follow up statement. I responded with “Great” expecting her to offer another date or a follow up call, but no. She said “it is great for us, but not for you”. WoW!!!!! could someone please tell me HOW do you obtain high reviews with a gatekeeper like that?!? The beauty of money is you can spend it anywhere.

We have been a member of HVAC solution's service plan-- where they come out every winter and spring to ensure our systems are working properly. For the last 3 years we have had issues with our AC freezing when we turn it on-regardless of HVAC saying it's fine upon our yearly inspection. Over the last 3 years we have spent over 2k on top of our maintenance plans trying to get this fixed. They have sent out tech telling us everything is fine
Or it's fixed only for it to freeze the first time it comes on in the summer. The last visit was the final straw-- $700 bill for 2 techs to come out, at $145 an hour, to fix a problem that should have been fixed 3 years ago. We paid the bill, but I would never recommend their services or their service plans. It's a joke. They just keep sending techs that never fix the problem and keep charging more.

Fred got me in the schedule the same day for a sewer scope and explained everything in detail to me. He also made a video of the scope. We will be going through his company for the repairs.

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

Amazing service and help over the phone. Talks me through everything and didn’t charge me a service charge or anything. I found my plumber if I ever have any issues.

Former employee and I can tell you ,, really bad work quailty ,, poorly ran company ,, all there workers are drug addicts and drunks should of saw a red flag the first day but didn't ,, also major employer of illegal imagrants.. would not suggest you hire these guys ,, scammers and swindlers

What an incredible experience! Joseph Murrane exceeded my expectations in all ways. Not only was he extremely professional from the first moment I spoke with him on the phone but he delivered with quality and timely service. I will 100% use Oakview mechanical again and would highly highly recommend them to anyone needing heating, air-conditioning, or plumbing services. Ask for Joseph!

B&L Plumbing: They tried to up sale me from a leaking $20 ball valve to a whole assembly (2 ball valves, back pressure valve and bleeder valves) for $470 (after the military discount). I called B&L Plumbing thinking the tech was just trying to make money for the company. I talked to the owner Larry. He stated it's his company's policy to up sale customers, as it is in the customers best interests. To prevent leaks within the system!! I explained it was not in my best interest to pay $470 (after discount) for a $20 job! Do Not give them your business. They will take advantage of you (as the owner says), because it is in your best interest. Incredible. This from the owner. Take your money to someone more ethical.

Efrain was AMAZING! He made the entire process so wonderful and stress-free. We wanted our bathroom remodeled and had no idea where to start. First off, he was flexible with scheduling and very conducive to our availability. He helped come up with alternative ideas for some of the things we couldn’t have and was able to do the entire process very quickly and efficiently. Efrain was kind, understanding, and detail oriented. He made the ordeal so easy and was able to completely transform our bathroom at a reasonable rate. We would highly recommend him for any projects and are already looking forward to the next time he’s here
