Having to replace an A/C and furnace at the same time is not something that you ever want to do, but we had to and you made the experience less painful than we were expecting. Jeremy worked with us to find exactly what we needed at an affordable price, Jon and Ramon did a great job with the whole pull out, installation, and clean up, and Larry did an amazing job fixing up the drywall where a new pipe had to be vented out. I contacted OakView to get a second opinion on my failing HVAC system. They sent Joseph out to give me an estimate. He was on time and incredibly professional. He let us know what we were looking at for a replacement of our aging furnace and A/C unit. He informed us of our options and we were more than happy to sign on the dotted line for service.

He was able to schedule us for the week after and when the time came, he and his crew were there and ready to work. The replaced our entire HVAC system in a day! To say I was impressed would be an understatement! When they finished, Joseph made sure we had inspection dates that worked with our schedule. He let us know that he was available should anything come up.

We ended up taking him up on the offer and called him to see how much a condensate pump would be. He drew up the invoice and was there the next day! Needless to say, we were overjoyed to work with such a professional and competent staff. Working with Joseph was a pleasure and he represented the company well. this is for anyone who has any plumbing issues if you want someone to come to your house and cause more damage and treat you like crap and blame you for causing problems that the unlicensed plumber called this is the place to go I have never seen any company where all employees and owner been so rude I really hope they never do any more business they don't care about costumer service they already lost the business in my mobile home park because of rudeness and lack of experience I am handicapped and there was nothing but crap I think they will start getting sued soon I just hope to save someone else the headache of dealing with this company every one there is rude even the secretary that hangs up on people

On 1/28/16 Josh and Richelle provided 2 hours of plumbing services to include checking toilet for leak and installing a new wax ring, installing a new garbage disposal, installing a new shower head and cleaning aerators on several faucets. I was extremely pleased with their service and professionalism. I feel they went above and beyond and gave me information regarding the hot water heater, etc. I would highly recommend them and intend to use them again in the near future.
