Ran into a couple unexpected hick ups and he was able to handle them and had the whole thing done in about 2 hours. Very professional and friendly.

Phillip did a great job cleaning my windows and screens as well as the tracks which were really dirty. He is very efficient. I will use him again and I highly recommend him.

We were getting our furnace cleaned prior to selling our house, and the technician Bobby Simon wrote false statements on his furnance inspection report without ever informing us that anything needed to be cleaned out on a 4 year old furnace.THEN, when our potential buyer who had put in an offer on the house called him a day before closing, he proceeded to tell the new buyers he was called out to our house due to our furnace not working when all we needed was our blower and motor cleaned because he put it on the furnace cleaning report. The blower and motor were clean and did not need the cleaning which seems to be their way of making extra money(we had to pay $360 for him to do this on the moving day) and this almost costed us the sale of the house AFTER we had left Colorado. Oh and he also tried selling them, again, UNNECESSARY $4,000 air conditioning flow sealant package.We had to have our realtor bring a different HVAC professional only to verify that Bobby and One Source have a reputation that they try to scam people to rip them off on unnecessary work, which Bobby was all talk, and I felt like he was overly friendly when he came out to our house twice.My husband tried talking to the GM of One Source and he laughed at this, not sure what was so humorous here to him but this place is nothing but full of shady veterans advertising to rip people off with no morals or business ethics.And they do not stand by their work and it is almost impossible to get a hold of them once there is a problem. I guess this will need to be taken to court and be reported to BBB so people do not get fooled with their advertisement of veteran owned and operated.

Ed worked with me to determine the most efficient and cost effective approach to get the job done right. I recently called Always Plumbing concerning an issue I was having after installing replacement parts in my shower system. Over the phone, and at no cost to me, Ed was able to give me the solution to problem and I completed the work myself within two minutes, after all, I created it!

I received over 6 bids to install a water heater and he gave the best price, best equipment, and quickest installation of all the bids. He was able to do the install the day after the water heater arrived from Denver.

Every winter we have Parkey’s come to check the furnace and make sure we are safe for the cold weather. Each year they arrive on time ( always with a call that they’re on their way), check things out , install a new filter, make recommendations if needed and conduct themselves professionally and politely. I have complete faith in their service and will continue to call them year after year.

Comfort by Design installed new furnace and AC for us last June. Everything about it has been top notch. So when we turned on the AC for the first time this season, we were surprised it didn’t work. My call was returned promptly, and someone was there to remedy the problem the same morning!

I had a leaking shutoff valve in my crawlspace. I called Green plumbing and Jeff said they would be happy to come out and fix it but he believed it was something I could do myself. After sending him a picture of the valve he called me and walked me through the steps to fix the leak real quick. Great customer service to say the least. I would recommend Green plumbing to anyone. It’s easy to see from the reviews they run an honest business.

Brandon was thorough in his work and clean up and he inquired if there was anything further I needed assistance with prior to his departure. We had our solar installed back in late 2014 and early 2015 and it has never worked right it has going off line at lease twice a year if not more. The last few times I had to call Sun Power and they walked through on how to reset it Sun Power sent someone out the first of this month to work on it It was kind of working and when they left it wasn't working at all 2 week later they sent someone out to work on it. I don't think he new what he was doing because ever question I asked he could not answer me. He did get it working after many phone calls and replacing parts. When he got ready to leave I asked if there where any guarantee all he could say it is running now. They other day I got a call and was told they where going to replace the invertor under warrantee and they wanted to know if we where going to be home and I said yes. No one has showed up. I have not received any solar credit on my utility bill. The only credit I have gotten is on my taxies I was told that it would pay for it self it has come no where near. Ever time I ask a the tell me they will get back to me but they don't
