Kelby was absolutely wonderful and a great informative person. I can tell he is grisly passionate about giving great customer service and loves what he does. The company he works for is disappointing. Their rates are 2.5x higher than other plumbers on top of a trip fee. I have learned my lesson. I should have known better when I called and they wouldn’t give me their per hour charge over the phone. I will never use this company again!

Phillip is a an honest and reasonably priced handyman. I will be calling him again for work that my home will be needing in the future.

We called and James came within one hour. He diagnosed several different problems that a different company missed. They took care of us for being a military family. Very happy with their service! Would recommend for sure

Ed is the first person to understand my home heating boiler. I have a base board heating system with 9 zones. Ed spotted the problems and fixed them. He also answered a bunch of questions that I had about the system. He knew what he was doing and was also a really nice guy. He came out the same day that I called in the problem. I had some follow up questions that he took the time to answer. Great service and reasonable price.

Lucas came to check out my water heater and adressed the issue right away, he was professional and knowledgeable, also great prices compared to other companies out there, I highly recommend him, call them and get your plumbing issues taken care by them!!!

This an edit of a review I posted a couple months ago. Not really pleased with their plumbing skill, but they did offer me a refund for an unnecessary service after they were unable to diagnose a simple tankless water heater issue. Water Heater Pros, LLC diagnosed it over the phone and came to our house for free to confirm the diagnosis. I won’t use B&L again, but take a look at the other reviews and decide for yourself.

Efrain did an amazing job during our basement remodel. We decided to add another room to our spacious basement and he completed it in a timely manner. Always perfesional and knowledgeable in his work. I would highly recommend him.

Luke did an excellent job, and I would definitely recommend him and this company again! I received over 6 bids to install a water heater and he gave the best price, best equipment, and quickest installation of all the bids. He was able to do the install the day after the water heater arrived from Denver.

Tom came out and installed our new furnace! The care and extra mile he went through taking out our 1999 furnace and installing a newer one was beyond amazing. He was very kind and very professional! Over all Parkey's is an amazing company! With all the card problems I was having to moving our instal up because we had no heat, Tracy was so kinda and considerate through the whole process! Comfort by Design installed new furnace and AC for us last June. Everything about it has been top notch. So when we turned on the AC for the first time this season, we were surprised it didn’t work. My call was returned promptly, and someone was there to remedy the problem the same morning!

My experience with Pike's Peak Mec. has always been great. They're polite and friendly, always respectful of me and my home. They're always on time and they call ahead to let you know they're on their way. Anytime there has been a repair needed or something I've needed replaced they do it right the first time. I definitely appreciate their time and hard work.

We had our solar installed back in late 2014 and early 2015 and it has never worked right it has going off line at lease twice a year if not more. The last few times I had to call Sun Power and they walked through on how to reset it Sun Power sent someone out the first of this month to work on it It was kind of working and when they left it wasn't working at all 2 week later they sent someone out to work on it. I don't think he new what he was doing because ever question I asked he could not answer me. He did get it working after many phone calls and replacing parts. When he got ready to leave I asked if there where any guarantee all he could say it is running now. They other day I got a call and was told they where going to replace the invertor under warrantee and they wanted to know if we where going to be home and I said yes. No one has showed up. I have not received any solar credit on my utility bill. The only credit I have gotten is on my taxies I was told that it would pay for it self it has come no where near. Ever time I ask a the tell me they will get back to me but they don't
