So we had the unfortunate luck of our sewer line breaking on thanksgiving. We called numerous companies to try getting the problem solved. Many of them had insane hourly rates, with did not include holiday rate to accompany. Furthermore, they could not have anyone at our house with out us first having the water pump out.Luckily, we called Affordable Plumbing and they sent someone out with in 3 hours of the problem. Billie went in to the crawl space and diagnose the problem, the sewer line, he then suggested a plan to take care of the issue with in less than 24 hours the sewer issue had been solved. Billie was even willing to leave his personal number in case we had any questions or need advice. overall, I was really impressed with the quality, value, and responsiveness than Affordable plumbing provides and will happily employ their services in the future!!

Very unprofessional service. Leo's repaired a master shower leak in a home shortly before we bought it. When we went to take the first shower in our new home, we found dirty water had leaked all over our brand new dryer in our utility room. We talked to Leo's and they said they could send someone out the next day but could not provide a timeframe. We waited all day with no word, putting other plans on hold, so finally at 430 I called Leo's to find out if anybody was coming. At first they didn't even know what I was talking about but then said a plumber should be coming and that they would have the plumber call me and promptly hung up. Not only did no one ever call me, but the plumber never showed up. I've never had professional service company do a no-call, no-show. I'm honestly in disbelief that this occurred. I'm having a different plumber that I feel like I can trust to come out to repair their shoddy work.

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

They were great on following up and helping me over the phone even though i never had them come out to my house. I ofcourse was not charged but it was more feedback then what i got from the place that did come out!

Our water heater broke on Thursday. I called around and settled on B and L. They were not the cheapest, but having seen their commercials, thought I would give them a try. They told me they would be at my house the following day at 2:30. I called just before 3pm and was told it was a two-hour window of 2-4. At 5 pm I called again to ask the status of my 2:30 appointment. This time I was told it was a 2-5 window and they would have the technician call me. At 7pm I called again and asked if I can expect someone to come. The woman said she would have the person call me. I asked if I should expect someone to come out because no one had called me. I further stated that if someone is not coming, that is fine, just tell me so I can move on. Before ending the phone call, I asked who I could speak to, to file a complaint. She recommended calling Monday morning.

Monday morning I called and asked to speak to the manager regarding my Friday afternoon appointment. I was told that she was busy, but that she would get my message and call me. Nothing. I called Tuesday morning asking to speak to the manager explaining that I wanted to file a complaint about the Friday afternoon appointment that I took vacation time for and that no one ever called to say they would be late, not understanding why I had to call to check on the status and why no one showed up or had followed up yet. I was told that the manager would be handed my message and would definitely call me. I told the receptionist that I was told the same thing yesterday. Nothing.

My efforts to resolve this by phone were ignored. To me, this is shows a big lack in customer service. I understand that every appointment cannot be on time, but businesses will call to say they will be late. That 20-second phone call makes a world of difference. At every turn they have demonstrated to me that their customer, their service and their word is not reliable. Needless to say, I had to go to with a different company.

I've been a customer of Advantage for a few years and I will never go anywhere else. Their team is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, on time and excellent to work with. I highly recommend Advantage Sewer and drain.

The technician came the same day I called to fix a broken shower pipe. He immediately diagnosed and repaired the pipe. He was friendly, informative and explained what he was doing. Best of all, he liked our dogs!

Mark is Amazing. Came over at 7:30 pm to work on a sewer drain. We ran into some significant challenges and Mark literally stayed until 3:30 am and made sure everything was done because we have family in town and we needed the facilities. After 8 hours of back breaking work he only asked for the original quote. I gave him extra because he earned it. Great and dependable guy. Highly recommend and my sewer pipes look like brand new and they are 50 years old.

Update::the insurance information provided by the owner of the business was falsified. the business claims to be insured through American family Insurance. However American family Insurance has no business records matching the name address or phone number of the business at any point in their history. The state police have been contacted and are investigating.

A driver from this company struck my vehicle and attempted to leave the scene of the accident.

They drove a Ford F-350 over my foot in an attempt to elude prosecution.

Fortunately the police were able to catch the interaction.

The owner of the company has refused to comment on the situation and refuses to provide insurance information.

The driver of the vehicle and the passenger in the vehicle refused to cooperate with police and refuse to provide insurance information or driver's license information.

Department of Transportation reports that multiple reports have been filed against this company in the past.

I've never used their services but having read the below reviews it seems that the presidents of theft is common...

When you arrive at the facility the doors are bolted shut and you must be allowed in by staff to even talk to a secretary.

Quentin, up front, was very helpful and polite. The owner of the business however was confrontational accusatory and non-responsive.

We use ACME for all of our sewer scopes and sewer line replacements. Highly recommended as an honest and very fairly priced plumbing specialist that wont lie to you and actually stands behind the work that he does.
