My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

They did my heating system, replaced the control board. Got the bill 0ver $1000. Found out the parts over charged $200 after Read the bill . The technician seems not skill on the area. He did not know what he need to do and calling his boss for instructions , I have to pay his learning experience .....

Having lived in our house for 28 years, we have had a variety electricians, plumbers, and repairmen, but the professionalism, knowledge, and courtesy exhibited by Mr. Rooter’s technician was exceptional. Robbie came to our house on 07/03/20 to deal with a long-standing floor drain issue. Robbie was masked, wore protective shoe covers, and was professional and efficient. We had a number of questions regarding our water heater, sewer line, and drain, and he was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Great customer service! We are very pleased. Mr. Rooter will be our go-to company and we will recommended them to family and friends.

I can’t remember the name of the gentleman that helped us (mentioned he does amateur boxing on the side) but regardless he was super super kind, worked efficiently, and at the end even gave us some tips on how to stay ahead of future problems!

This company might do good work, but I wouldn't know. I tried to hire them to inspect my sprinkler system and confirmed an appointment, however they just never showed up. I tried to call and left a message to see where they were at or if they were showing up, but nobody answered the phone or called back until an hour after the time frame given. If they needed to cancel a phone call out of courtesy would have been nice instead of me arranging my whole day around their time frame they said they would show up.
