We had a backup in a drain line in the basement. Affordable came out and snaked the line, however, the line re-clogged as we have an older home. Frankie, came at the end of the work day to complete the work done earlier in the day by the first plumber. Frankie listened to our concerns that the first visit did not complete the work satisfactorily. After contacting a manager, Frankie proceeded to finish the job to our satisfaction at no additional charge.

Craig was very professional. He cleaned out our sewer line that we were praying was just gummed up with roots and not broken. I've been using Leo's since 2011 and have always had a good experience.

They redid plumbing in the entire master bathroom, rerouted pipes, installed double shower heads, rain showers, did new plumbing for the bathtub.
Everything was done at very reasonable price with water shot off just for few hours. Definitely will hire them again for future projects.

Worst experience ever.... do not trust!!! Bad people to do business with!!! Plenty of hard working people to fix your plumbing needs out there....these are not the people to give your money too!!! Bad service!!

Rick was personable, listened well, gave an estimate and demonstrated a well-informed understanding of my plumbing concern -- and all of this over the phone! His quoted price was reasonable and his response time fitting. (My concern was a pinhole leak from the hot water heater's line out.)

As many below, we had two new 50 gallon water heaters installed thru Home Depot via Delta Mechanical and Andrew. Inspected and replaced in one day! In fact Andrew replaced both, in the basement, in less than 2 hours! Very meticulous, friendly, neat and tidy - it was painless from the start. Very highly recommended.

Excellent customer service. Chris and Aaron came out within 24 hours of my call, even though it was not an emergency. They removed a jammed item in our garbage disposal that was making it sound like rocks were in there when it was turned off. We trust Tim with our rental for plumbing and heating at all times. TIm is very knowledgeable and works detailed. He's always on time and takes the time to explain details and instruct our tenants with all questions at hand. We would like for the office girls to respond better and in a more timely manner. Living several states away doesn't make it easy but with Oak View and especially Tim for plumbing AND heating we feel comfortable and safe.

I’ve used this company about three times now. Each time, the woman who answered the phone was very polite, knowledgable and quick to set me up with an appointment. Each worker who showed up was on time, professional, confident, and got the work done with no problems.
