I called Mark on Friday afternoon for a diagnosis on rapid backup issues in the primary bathroom. He quickly got back to me with his possible diagnosis and came out the same night to investigate the mainline blockage and clear it out. After working for several hours, our piping proved to be challenging and he returned the next evening to successfully clear out several root balls as well as making toilet repairs on his way out. He is communicative, knowledgeable, and an outstanding professional who remained patient throughout a difficult job. Thank you for your time and excellent work!

Update 3/3/22 - After posting my original message, I did receive a call from a customer service manager and he apologized and was able to get the right person scheduled for today. They, along with another tech, came and removed the old install and replaced it with a properly done install. They were very helpful and apologetic. So I've upped my review to 4 stars since they were able to fully repair this free of charge. I can't go all the way to 5 stars since I had to deal with this whole thing and it would have been avoided had they sent the correctly qualified technician in the first place.**Original Review.I had a microwave exhaust vent installed on Tuesday, Feb 22nd, 2022. Communication up to that point was great and I was able to get it scheduled quickly. They called the day before and confirmed that they would be arriving promptly at 9am the following day. Come install day, the technician arrived around an hour late with no communication that they were on their way or they were going to be late. It had just snowed the night before so I cut them some slack, but still found it odd that you could send a simple call or text. Upon arrival though, the technician had no idea he was supposed to do a full install and did not have any of the tools nor the parts. This didn't give me a lot of confidence but hey, as long as you can do the job I'll be happy.However, it became apparent that this person had never job a job like this and they had to call someone to try to get a sense of what to do. I had to provide the microwave manual so that he could follow the instructions. Um, that is exactly what I could have done...but I hired and paid you since you are the professionals. Additionally, they did not even know how to get a microwave down from it's mounts; I had to show him exactly what to do here. Not good. Anyways, after a long trip to get parts and hours later the job was finally done. I looked at the job and was curious as to why the external vent didn't have a damper on it to close off the outside air. His response was that's all the store had. Um....ok? Additionally, the ducting to the microwave wasn't even attached to it and they left around a two inch gap. Additionally, the caulking job was not done very well with big globs all over the place.All this resulted in huge amount of cold air pouring into my home on the two coldest days of the year. I had to pack the whole cabinet with towels and insulating to try to reduce the cold. I emailed the company the next day with pictures and called the gentlemen who initially provided the quote. He gave a I'll have to get back to you response and it's been 4 days now. I've emailed again and still no response. I'm pretty unhappy with the service provided and being left in the dark, especially for such a simple job as this. Posting here to try to get this resolved and to ensure that others absolutely make sure you get a technician that knows what they are doing. I went through Thumbtack and may have to try to get my money back if this can't get resolved and installed correctly.

If it was not for Joey fixing the hostilities Janis created I would never use this company again, communication issues when your job is to communicate is blasphemy…..

They haven't performed their job yet, but we did get an estimate and will be using them for our upcoming commercial project.

I am a Realtor and I contacted Jeremy to take care of the home inspection objections for my sellers home. Jeremy was very prompt and professional. He answers his phone and texts! Gave me an estimate in a very timely matter and completed the work on a short time frame. He was also willing to wait for payment from the Title company at closing. I will use Jeremy for all my work!

Very knowledgeable and gave me upfront pricing. He diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it promptly. He gave excellent tips to avoid it in the future. They don’t give you pricing over the phone, which is understandable because they don’t know what kind of issue they’ll be dealing with. Overall very satisfied with the drain cleaning service.

Edit: I've now used The Happy Plumber twice, and I cannot rave about them enough! Please keep them in mind for your plumbing needs.

Ed was very helpful and used parts he already had to do my outdoor spigot repair to save me money. He explained everything very well.

Tristan came out to unclog our toilet and it was a super quick job. We tried to do it ourselves and couldn’t fix it and he came out and fixed it with in 10 minutes.

Our sewer line needed fix and they gave a an estimate the day after we called them. They wrote it up got permits from city and arrived a couple days later to do the work. They were professional and completed the work Highly recommend. They also cleaned up our yard nicely as well when they were done!

My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

I just wanted to send a huge positive thank you for the service we received from Lowell this week. Lowell was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable in the repair of our condenser fan. I believe he went the extra mile to make sure he resolved our issue. He was a pleasure to meet and communicate with. He provided us with some helpful suggestions for keeping our heating and cooling running smoothly and suggested some additional services which we will be using to service our heating and fireplace in the near future.

Their service was very helpful during a home water pump emergency. We were able to have water back in just a few hours.

We had a terrible experience with Team Plumbing and would not recommend them to anyone. Curtis came out to give us a quote, which was very reasonably priced to rough plum the basement for a bathroom. We scheduled him at his earliest convenience, which was 7 weeks out. He called on the morning he was supposed to show up to say that something else out of his hands came up and that he would not be able to make it. We rescheduled for a day later that week, and again he cancelled. After waiting an hour on the third day he was scheduled to do the work and didn't show up, I called his cell. His voicemail message said he was not working that day...the day he was supposed to be at our house! I immediately called the main number for Team Plumbing and Brandon apologized and said that they would get another plumber to come out to our house that day. A few hours later, a new plumber showed up, did a walk through for a materials list, and left to go purchase the necessary items. Two hours later, Brandon from Team Plumbing called back to say that the plumber who was at our house that morning quit his job! When I asked who was going to finish our basement and when, Brandon said that they didn't have anyone available to do the work and that we should find another company. Ugh! After waiting a few days to cool down, I was able to speak with Tom the owner of Team Plumbing. Unfortunately, he told me the same story! Curtis who gave us the quote was basically unqualified to do the rough in for the bathroom and that they didn't have anyone else available. Tom did agree to compensate us with the tub that had already been delivered to our house for the hassle and the fact that we were now almost 2 months behind our timeline. Save yourself a headache and find another plumber!
