I have always used Olson for my plumbing problems as I have always found them to be reliable, trustworthy and honest. Yesterday I had a leak I noticed underneath the hot water tank. Olson sent a person right out, he was here in 5 minutes and he spent all of 5 minutes determining that it wasn't the hot water tank and that the sewer had backed up. He then advised me that he doesn't do the sewer work and called the person who does to come out. The first person charged $88.00 just to be here in 5 minutes and 5 minutes to tell me that the hot water tank was not the problem. I talked to the manager this morning and he agreed to refund 1/2 of the $88.00, which I am happy about, but still think for the amount of time that it took him to get here and the fact that he didn't spend 5 minutes here is rather excessive and disingenuous especially when I was unaware that it was up to me to diagnose plumbing problems correctly. I assumed that if Olson sent a truck out, that the person doing the plumbing was capable of sewer and any other plumbing problems and that they were equipped to do the job. They are not, So just a warning, know that Olson will charge you for a full hours work at $88.00 just to come out no matter how long they are there or if they do anything. Other than that I was pleased with the tech who cleaned out the drain, it was a mess and I appreciated his hard work. I remain hopeful that they are the same company I remember and that I have often referred others to. However, my experience with them in this situation has shaken my confidence in them.

Rick responded to a late Friday evening call withing the hour and took care of the issue that night. I am very pleased with their quality of work and pricing and will be using them again for any further plumbing needs.

My fiance and I bought a house June 29, 2020, in our contract we requested the HVAC be cleaned, serviced, and insured it was operational. The sellers used Oakview Mechanical to take care of the request and they paid $886 to Oakview to insure the HVAC was cleaned, serviced, and operational along with a few other odd jobs. It was summer so of course the first 2 months we did not use the furnace. Yesterday, September 8, 2020, we turned on our heater and it was NOT working.

I made a call to Oakview Mechanical this morning to see if they would come out and look at it since they signed the invoice saying it was operational not even two and a half months ago. They said they could send a service man out for $89. I mentioned that they worked on it a little over two months ago and claimed it was operational. They then went on to say they do not guarantee operation of any of the units they work on, unless you call in within 30 days.

In other words, if you hire them...they service your unit, sign off that it's operational, and 2 months later after NO use at all...tough luck. DO NOT waste your money. The customer service was rude and unprofessional. They obviously do not back the quality of their work. Oakview Mechanical guarantees their work for 30 days and anything past that you better be prepared to pay them for sub par work all over again. It honestly shocked me that the seller paid good money so we could have a operational HVAC system just for Oakview to say it was operational for 30 days. How do you claim a system is operational, clean and service it, just for it to be not operational when turned on!!!

I would recommend taking your business elsewhere. After I got off the phone with Oakview, I called WireNut and told them what was going on with our furnace (since they were the ones who installed it in 2015). They offered to send someone out and assured me that they would honor any warranties that may be in affect. The customer service was spectacular at WireNut and they obviously back the quality of their work, even 5 years later.

I have used Mr. Rooter on several jobs at three locations. I appreciate their promptness and skilled staff. I would recommend them.

Did a fantastic job replacing our hot water heater. Same day service. They were experienced, fast and professional! Im a returning customer and have been with Parkey's for quite a while, confident with their expertise, and their technicians are the BEST!

The crew showed up on time and were very courteous and professional. They went above and beyond what we expected. We did not have drain stops included in the sink faucets that we purchased. They checked around and located what we needed and went and picked them up for us. They did first class work.

We were told that someone should show up between a four hour period and no one showed up and no one bothered to call us to let us know they wouldn’t be showing up. When I called and asked why we weren’t notified that they wouldn’t be here when they said they would be, I was told we just didn’t call. Then still didn’t get an exact time when someone would be here. I ended up wasting a whole day waiting for someone to show. Very unprofessional

Whoever yall have driving a white pickup truck (ACX-K68) needs to learn how to drive in a company vehicle. Speeding and cutting people off just to get one car length is crazy.

During the installation: if I had a question it got answered, if I had a concern it was addressed, and they were polite about me working from home. Would use them again.

We had a natural gas leak behind the stove. I tried to fix it but couldn’t. Jeff, the owner was here on time and did a great job sealing the leak. We will use Green Plumbing again and I would recommend them to anyone.

From the phone call to schedule the appointment to the completion of the service, Flow Right employees were professional, friendly and helpful! The service technician standard fee is a little pricey BUT with the great reviews and evidently great service they provide, I must say it was worth it! David Kittle was my technician and he was very helpful, very informative, professional and got the job done! I appreciate their business. Definitely reliable, highly recommend if you aren’t on budget, but if you need something, and done right, Flow Right is a great way to go for that peace of mind.

David has come out to my house first regarding a busted pipe. He was fast and efficient. I called him out recently due to a leaking water heater.
He is professional and his prices are right. He's someone that listens to what you want. I plan to use him from now on for my plumbing needs.
